La ubicación, limpieza del lugar, amabilidad de todo el personal, estacionamiento en el lugar y el clima frío dentro de la habitación.
El WiFi se iba en ocasiones, pero nada grave.

Nothing, everything was great

It’s really nice outside . The rooms are outdated but there was AC and it was clean so it worked out for me, I was out most days and only went to sleep so good if you are just looking for a spot to sleep and not lounge around.
The room was pretty outdated, old chipped furniture and bathroom was also outdated. But it was decent and clean so it was good.

The staff was great very friendly. Room is very nice has everything you need. Only part that wasn't 5 star was the location the walk to the main area at night you run into some strange people. It's not terrible or anything just not ideal. But all in all a great property to stay at.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, Claudio was very friendly. He arranged us transportation to be waiting for us when we arrived, saved us a lot of hassle. Location was very close to downtown which was convenient for exploring the area and getting the true Cabo experience, very close to many cool restaurants like Tres Gallos, Panache, El Peregrino, and more. The pool was very nice and clean, and the patio area was lovely to sit in especially at night when the pretty lights came on. Rooms were basic but fulfilled our needs, and were kept relatively clean; the shower was very nice. The convenience store nearby was a huge perk, because we had to buy water pretty much every day; they had other basics you'd find at a pharmacy or grocery store. Good prices too, water and juice were super affordable. They also had a nice wine and beer selection, which saved us the trouble of finding it somewhere else.
Wifi was extremely spotty in our room so don't plan on getting any work done in room 108. One thing about this place: if you want to spend the day sunning, this is not the place. The style of the building is such that there is really only sun in the courtyard area from 10-2pm, because the walls are quite tall so by 2 pm the sun goes behind the walls. My friend and I slept in kinda late sometimes so we were a little disappointed by that. Especially because half of the fun of the pool is being able to dry off in the sun after a refreshing swim. Also there was occasionally kind of a lot of noise; there was seemingly a work drill or some construction tools being used right outside our window several mornings in a row... there was also some woman like singing extremely loudly in the hotel LOL it was funny but kind of annoying at times.

We stayed for 2 nights and were happy with our stay. The rooms are very spacious, and the breakfast was really tasty. The location is great, just 10 minutes walk from the harbour with many restaurants. It was also nice that we could park the car on the private parking place if the hotel. The quality-price ratio was good. We would stay here again.
The WiFi in the room was not good, it only works properly when you are outside. Not a real problem, but this could be improved.

the location was a quick walk to downtown
the first room was dirty. they moved us to a second room that had smears of dirt on the walls, mold in the shower, and peeling ceilings. the final straw was waking to a room full of ants. we did not have any food in the room. we immediately checked out and booked a new accommodation.

The restaurant was great and overall the hotel was quite nice for the price. Staff was friendly but nobody spoke any English....so communicating your needs was an issue. Loved having the little onsite store ....very handy and well priced.
WiFi was crappy in the room....needed to go out by the pool for a decent signal.
Lighting in the room was not great. My stove had one of the two elements that didn't work.
If you are expecting hot water........just don't.....it is lukewarm at best.

Rooms were cleaned daily. Safe environment with some nearby amenities.
Wifi connection was terrible.

I like that it had a store on the property and a kitchen that served hot food.
no hot water (warm at best), room was still warm at night even with a/c on, water dribbled out of the shower head, toilet was a nightmare to flush, windows didn’t properly close all the way allowing more heat in, and it needed a new tv. I had to unplug every time I was done because it would make a crazy high pitch sound while it was off.

it needs total renovation
