The room and en suite were spotlessly clean. Good amount of tea and coffee sachets provided. Soft towels. Warm radiator.
There was no opening window in the room and we found it difficult to sleep with no fresh air. The air freshner made an odd noise which sounded like someone scratching at the internal door. We had to keep the blinds shut as people walked close to the patio doors and could look straight at us sitting in bed. Very poor storage for clothes..had to use tiny bedside tables and a tiny open rack to hang all of our gear. There was a 'no contact' policy which felt very impersonal to us as we are used to chatting with the host; we didn't feel welcomed. Car parking was difficult on Friday night.

Easy access. Ideal for us for overnight accommodation .

It was gorgeous! The room was dog-friendly and felt more like an annexe, rather than a standard room. It even had a mini kitchen, with hobs and everything! The bed was massive and very comfortable and there was enough room to set up the dog crate. The Torrent Trail was right on the doorstep, which was just spectacular with the Autumn colours. We were planning to walk up Cader Idris and the start location was only a few minutes drive away.
Access to Dolgellau was tricky, especially with the dog. No footpath on the main road and the cars go fast own there. There didn't appear to be a bus service that went near the accommodation and taxis were difficult to obtain. This is clearly not the fault of the property owners though, and is completely out of their control.

The room was very comfortable, we appreciated the 2 chairs and the en-suite met all our requirements including places to hang the towels!
There was nothing we could complain about.

Cosy and perfect for one night just to get off the road
The bed was a little too soft, which made it feel uncomfortablbe

Everything, it was well equipped, convenient location, very comfy beds!
Could do with a draft excluder for the bottom door to keep mosquitos out when the light is on at night.

An interesting, old building with very quirky features. There are big beams and the floor sloped, which was unexpected but understandable with the age of the building. It was quiet and peaceful.
The bed was big and comfy with a nice en-suite which was spotlessly clean and well equipped.
Tea/Coffee tray was well stocked. Small fridge was handy.
It would have been nice to have some contact with staff, but apart from a glimpse of the person putting items in the dining room for breakfast, who apologised and quickly left the room, we didn't see anyone.

Beautiful cottage placed in a magical area
Not much to dislike. Great value for money

Location was lovely
Although I never saw any, I'm sure the staff are great.
The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped and the bed was so comfortable!
Creaky floorboards, but that's just me trying to find something to write in this box.
The photos advertising the property on booking.com really don't do it justice.

All ok.

Purely use this location as it’s close to the Mach loop, I do aviation photography and it’s perfect for a majority of locations nearby. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and I’ll be using it again around July time!
Bed was a bit creaky but nothing too drastic

The location is perfect, the room was clean, quiet and comfy. Although we did not have the breakfast due to being up and out before Y Sospan opened, we will definitely be back, therefore to take advantage of this.
Although we did not meet a single staff member ( not a problem as we have spoken plenty of times in the past ), whilst booking and confirming, the staff were attentive.
The ONLY things we found a slight concern are that the shower head did not stay in position on the middle to high shower setting, and there definitely needs to be a wall separating the shower from the shelf, as when you take a shower all the water collects on the back, and floods the shelf and floor.
Towel was soaking wet by the end of day 2. If the shower issue can be rectified, this would be a 10/10.

Simple and straightforward arrival, check in room cleanliness, facilities although the shower cubicle is a little small but managed perfectly fine, bonus was having a fridge in the room, the heating was effective, car parking close to. Absolutely spot on. Good selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Loved the room, the mini kitchen, the location, it was just marvelous!
As with all other stays, the bed was too soft. A personal thing I know, but a firm bed would have made our stay perfect.

Handy for the local walks and a small town
No kitchenette in the room even though the generic description did mention it. We were given the use of the bunkhouse kitchen so not a real inconvenience.

No breakfast served at the property.

The bathroom had no plug in the sink, the skylight was full of cobwebs and flies. We did not see a single member of staff.
We have stayed here before and last time had a hob to cook breakfast so expected the same thus time.

Location was beautiful and very quiet.
We felt there should have been an allocated parking space for the rooms, coming back at 9.00pm after going for a meal we had to park in the field near the horses.
Lighting in the room could be much better.
4.5
The location of the property was beautiful with lovely walks easily accessible from the property.
The room was large and comfortable with tea and coffee making factility.
