Great location
The bed was 2 singles put together, no issue there, but the beds were different hights.
Also the room is only serviced once a week.
Bad smell coming up through the srain in the shower.

Location was great, the apartment was quite nice in general, The staff member that I mainly dealt with was polite even though she was under the pump an trying to deal with alot all at once.
But over all it was a pleasant stay. Value for money, an
Close to the hospital that I needed for an important appointment, An YES I WOULD DEFENITELY RETURN😊
What I didn't like at all was the bed which was 2 single mattress's, There is also extreme road works happening outside the building which is fine but not being told before hand I think is a bit rude as they run till very late hours, Also upon check out you need to get your car out of paid parking before you can actually check out. Which was frustrating as I had a baby with me so we had to go find a car park somewhere (which wasn't easy with road closures an roadworks) An then hike back in time to check out. Maybe they need to change it a little so you can check out an then go to your car an leave by automatic sensor for exiting, or even a windows side button to let you exit.
And also the manager could at least smile at her guests.!!

Location was great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nice decor and very clean.
As we had a car the parking required a second set of keys. It was a fair bit of work to find an external park, then get keys, then find our way up into the car park, then into the lift and room. Having 2 fobs as well as a room key, both times we went up the lift we ended up at different locations as we used the wrong fob. I understand their situation. Perhaps if one key card could do parking/ lift and room it would save having 2 fobs s and a key. The shower requires stepping up and over the edge of the bath.. for this reason I would suggest fit young people are best suited. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with limited mobility to stay. Also just right now the roadworks outside in the street is 24 hours. Might be a problem for a light sleeper.

Close to every think
Walls are damaged in our bathroom and drains blocked show leaks water all over the floor while bathing

Location
Not enough beds and kitchen items for six people , if they don’t have enough they should not rent for six people.
The remote for parking gate never works and all the time we have call and wait for someone to come and open the door
Tennis court isn’t available .

Location was perfect, the staff were very helpful. Great use of swimming pool
And sauna. Great value for money
Trying to work out how the shower worked but it’s not that big of a deal

Clean apartment with all amenities included as they should be
There were no cups, plates, glasses or any sort of cutlery for cooking/eating purposes. Also the apartment was cold unless the AC was on because the heater in the room wasn't doing a good job at all.

Central to everything and clean

excellent location and three minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market.
even on level 21 , still noise from the tram

Very quiet and in a great location for food and shopping. Very clean throughout the whole property. Our room on the 13th floor had great views. Parking can be booked at a very reasonable rate.
Bedroom very small with no bedside table or powerpoint on one side of the bed.
Batteries missing from one TV remote and the other TV was very pixelated each time we tried to use.
Instructions to access car park not accurate

bugs!
reported to staff about bugs in appartments. (we had only seen them in appartments kitchens). when staff came to look they went straight to bedroom corner… where there were even more bugs… so must know about them but haven’t treated

The room was very clean, the location was great.
We had no internet connection for the first 3 days of our stay. The walls and skirtings were very chipped and needed a re-paint. There was nothing in the shower to put your shampoo etc on, as it had been broken off and not replaced. Our room did not get serviced whilst we were there and we had to use the same towels all week. The facilities in the kitchen were poor - we barely had enough utensils to cook with.

Nothing. I couldn't really find anything wrong.

location was great, super close to city, tram and conveniences.
ALDI downstairs was a huge bonus and made for extra comfort during the stay
Pool was great and enjoyed by families
Rooms were clean on arrival
kitchen equipment was a bit hit and miss. some things missing and others not quite suitable- it did not effect our stay.
Room was not prepped with twin set up even though it was confirmed twice by reception staff calling me prior. Toilet paper was half empty upon arrival- would have preferred and obviously fresh roll.

Nice apartment in a great location. Beds were comfortable, small well equipped kitchen.
Late arrival process not easy. No attachment with instructions in confirmation email.

Central location. One block walk from the free tram service on Swanston Street. Situated in the centre of the city yet with the windows closed there is very little noise. Good air conditioning throughout and water pressure too.
The gym and pool were fantastic.
While the flat needed a little modernisation the cost and location compensated.
The over needed replacement as it took a great deal of time to heat the fan oven, the grill worked well. I think the flat had been a long term let before our stay and there were a few damages that really should have been fixed before offering to another.

amazing location. right at the tramstop heading to brunswick, coburg etc. close to everything in the city. we walked tothe museum and had a picnic in carlton gardens. view over the city at night was charming. we cooked a meal in the well appointed kitchen...
the doors didnt close into the bathroom ( they fixed them soon after the request) take away containers still in fridge from previous guests. carpark a warren that takes a number of minutes to navigate.
