You couldn't ask for a better location. We were literally a 5 minute walk from Duomo and Galleria. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This hotel is family owned and the husband, wife and son provide wonderful service with storing luggage for early arrivals, getting your luggage to your room when the room is ready even if you are out touring. Our train out of Milan was about 2 hours after check out time. I asked if we could store the luggage after checkout. The husband said don't be silly. Just stay in the room until you need to go. Staying here was a great experience.
The breakfast wasn't the high point. Nothing hot like scrambled eggs, oatmeal was available. But we managed and that sure doesn't dampen all the good things about this hotel.

The location is amazing, room is pretty big and bright, that's good.
Staff is very polite and friendly :)
The bed was pretty short (and I'm 1.68) and there was a little bit of smell in bathroom (not sure if this manageable in the old buildings).
The place is good for 1-2 nights, but not really longer.

Perfect location and the gentleman at the front desk was the most helpful to us! We wish we stayed in Milan longer just because of this hotel

I booked this hotel just a couple of days before and just thought that "this will do" but I can say me and my partner were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The location was perfect! The personnel were so nice and helpful, the room was much bigger than anticipated with a beautiful view of the street.
The trams were right outside on the street but we weren't disturbed by them, if you want a room in central Milan you have to be prepared for at least a little bit of noise.
Maybe the breakfast but I've learnt that a hotel breakfast isn't necessarily a continental breakfast, so I would say that while I found the breakfast a bit lacking I recognize that they have done the most with the limited space they have and we never started a day in the city hungry.

Great location, very close to Duomo Cathedral, Castillo and Shopping Centre. Staff very friendly, room spacious, good aircon, coffee is nice!
Entry to hotel not super obvious to see as people wait there for trams, entry is locked to be secure which is great but locked with press buzzer entry. Be great if the day before stay hotel sent picture of entrance and how to access for smoother stress free arrival. Our bed was hard.

Breakfast is good.
Our room was small with the cot.

Location was perfect, only 2 minutes walking to the duomo. Great staff.
Beds not comfortable.

The hotel location was just perfect as it is 2 minutes walking from Doumo square, and the hotel of great value for money, receptionists were of great help, and we enjoyed our stay.
They should install a clear sign for the hotel as it was hard to find, the hotel is in the first floor, and the sign is quit hidden
Insulation of the rooms were not very good, probably because it is divided by Gibson boards not real walls, also tram is a bit noisy

Fab little hotel in such a great location. The staff are amazing! Nothing was too much bother. So friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would return!
Things I didn't like were things hotel couldn't change so no point mentioning!
4.5
Very helpful and nice staff.
Clean hotel in the middle of town.
Very noisy area, especially trams during the night make big noise.

The location was fantastic. The room was basic but clean. Shower was good and hot.
The noise from the trams was loud but didn’t bother us too much as you’d expect noise in a city with the trams right outside the hotel.
The pillows were a bit high and hard.

this is a central hotel with good people watching balcony in the second floor room, with bathroom and bedroom balcony to watch the world go by.
you are a two minute walk from Duomo Cathedral and sight seeing bus stop.
The reception is the bar and the breakfast area, you have to be quiet in the evening if you stop to have a night cap that you will get served.
This is the only down side to the layout, don't get me wrong this is a small price to pay.

Right next to the main Duomo square.
Loud tram noise from 05:00 all the way through to midnight.
Very hard bed.

Location was amazing and the staff at hotel were excellent!
Needed to get back to airport by 4am and the staff sorted out everything for us.
Highley recommend this hotel
4.5
Very close to Duomo and all of the amenities nearby. Stayed on a 2nd floor, so the tram passing under the windows could be heard. Other than that, no complaints. Bed was comfy and bath was large enough to fit in comfortably.
