9.0 / 10.0
Views of the mountains, the pool size, the service from the owners.
The mosquitoes were almost unbearable but think they are everywhere.

Luxurious setting, gardens, decor, big kitchen, so many seating options

a lovely villa but a few things let it down. the main image shows two big umbrellas over the sunbeds. when I contacted the hosts they said to pick up the sunbeds as they were light and move them under the canopy. The canopy has a grape vine on it which were covered in wasps. why are there umbrellas shown if they don’t exist now?
there was one bath towel each plus a beach towel. when I asked for more I was told to wash them as there’s a washing machine. which is fine but when you’ve paid over €5000 for the villa they could have sorted easily.
the promised mid-stay clean was cancelled with 45 minutes notice (we’d been told to vacate the property when the cleaners were there) so we had left the villa already which was a little frustrating. we’d already planned to be at the villa the following day so the clean was delayed by 48 hours.
it’s a shame that these minor issues affected what could have been an amazing stay. it’s a beautiful villa, the pool is lovely and so close to lots of great stuff. with a bit more attention to detail my review would be very different.
main thing was the lack of umbrellas over the sunbeds

Beautiful villa surrounded by fields, although isolated only three. minutes from the main road into Pollensa.
Very well furnished throughout, as an extended family we loved the pool. Split our time by dining in and out at nearby Pollensa and Porto Pollensa restaurants. Difficult to fault this property, the owners kept in constant touch by Whatsapp checking everything was okay. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay bed Linnen etc changed weekly.
Great villa.
Our grandson insisted that we ate at a different table for each meal (well there were six in total)
The ants and mosquitoes, but this is a rural property so we made sure we sprayed ourselves and cleared away the food and we were not bothered too much.
Access can be a bit tight if you have a big car.

Very well equipped Villa in a quiet area off the main road with beautiful views of the surrounding hills but still only a short drive to Pollenca. More than enough room for 4 adults and two teenagers including a useful ground floor double bedroom with bathroom for the Grandparents. Pool very well kept - sadly not used as much as we would have liked - and plenty of action for all around the ping pong table..
All good.

It is a beautiful property, in a remote sting away from the hub bub of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. During these challenging times we wanted a space to call our own and be private, cycle, walk/hike, explore as well as sit by the pool and relax. This place is perfect for all those things. The property is spacious and accommodates an ample group of people giving everyone space. I’d highly recommend this place if you want privacy but also an ability to zip into the busyness of the local towns abs beaches.
The outdoor kitchen could be a little better equipped. Saying that we worked it out and enjoyed outdoor cooking. The beds are a little uncomfortable at times.

Neither of the double bedrooms open onto the terrace or overlook the pool.
