Small no frills property. Central to many activities. Bedroom at street level so it can be noisy at times. 15-20 minute walk to train/bus station. Unit has small frig. Comfy bed.

We didn’t spend too much time in the accommodation as we were out exploring, it is in an excellent location, clean, easy to find and Frances was lovely. We had a great stay.

Excellent place at a perfect location. Great communication, easy check-in and the free bikes are definitely a big plus.

Frances's space is in the perfect location in Jordaan. It was walking distance to wonderful bars and restaurants (Tiramisup, Bonjoir Caphe, Cafe Lowietje) and not far from the tram to take you around town. Everything was within a 20-30 minute walk. The room is as described, the shower is large, the toilet is separate and in the hall. This may be an issue if you use the bathroom often, like me. There is noise from the streets, so bring ear plugs of you dont like noise. For us, it felt like home and wasn't an issue. The room was clean and communication was great.

This charming accommodation is in a great location with hip restaurants and bakeries. Reminded us a little bit like the West Village in NYC.
Frances was communicative and informative.
There is plenty of nearby public transportation to get you anywhere in the city

Great stay in a really cute, quiet, convenient part of Amsterdam. Host was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating of our travel schedule. Room is small but has everything you need; note that you have a private bathroom with sink and shower, but a separate shared toilet in the hall. Highly recommend the little Italian place on the corner of the street!

The room was absolutely wonderful, and Frances was so great with all of the communication, recommendations, and we loved how she would check in on our at various parts of our stay! My friend and I (females, mid 20s) stayed here and Frances was great! She waited up for us very late until our flight got in. The place is in a great area and walking distance to a lot. Be aware that the space is very very small. Overall, great experience if you are looking for a place that feels safe to sleep in Amsterdam!

Lovely welcome by Frances at her Bed & Bikes accommodation in charming Jordaan area away from the tourists but still sufficiently close to the main central attractions. In our 70's, decided against risking the use of the complimentary bikes. Small cosy room with all basic amenities one would need for a short stay.

Frances was wonderful to work with. She was very quick to respond to all of my messages and questions. The apartment is small, but you won’t be spending much time in it as it’s very centrally located to all of the sites that you will want to see you all visiting Amsterdam. Enjoyed our stay!

The location of the property was excellent for exploring the city. Bikes are available for getting around easily and public transportation is just a few blocks away. The room may seem cramped by American standards, but we have traveled enough through Europe to know not to expect spacious accommodations - after all, you're just sleeping there. The neighborhood was quiet at night and there are plenty of cafes nearby for a quick coffee or a full dinner. Overall a very nice place to stay for anyone looking to experience the real Amsterdam.

France’s was a wonderful host. She gave some great pointers for how to get the most out of our short stay. Having the bikes available to use was an added bonus to the booking. Frances met us the night of our arrival and gave us all the keys and information we would need for our stay even though we got there several hours later than we had planned.
I would gladly recommend Frances’s home as a great place to stay to my friends and family. Thank you Frances for such a carefree experience while in Amsterdam. Looking forward to seeing you again someday.

We were in Amsterdam for a wedding and this was the perfect location for us. We could easily walk to venues and all the other places of interest. The appartment, whilst compact, was comfortable, clean, private and mostly quiet.

Excellent location in the heart of Jordaan with many cafes, restaurants and easy access to all that Amsterdam has to offer.
Very large and comfortable bed, nice deep bath and powerful shower - just the tonic after dsys out sightseeing. The room came with a mini fridge, nespresso coffee machine and toil too

The location of the flat is fantastic and the owner is very kind.
There are also two bicycles which is perfect for exploring Amsterdam.
Unfortunately it is very humid in the flat as the windows are not well insulated.
We would still love to come back :)

The small appartment is perfect for two people. It's close to many sights in Amsterdam's city centre and the house is made in the typical Jordaan style. It's authentic, really nice and clean. The landlady is very friedly and we felt very welcome. We enjoyed our stay and surely will come back!

Firstly, the host was amazing. My flight was delayed but that wasn't a problem for Frances, even though I kept her up past her normal bedtime!
Very friendly host, cracking location and price. Didn't get chance to say goodbye as had a very early start. Would definitely go back.

My wife and I came for a couple nights. This place is excellent if you plan to stay for a few days. The bikes were an awesome perk. We used them basically the whole time. Quickest way to get around the city and makes for a fun experience. The host is friendly and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay at Francis’ apartment. Was just when we needed to explore Amsterdam. Just a short 15 minute walk away from the sights and buzz of the city centre. Francis made us feel very welcome, showed us in and left us to it, which after a long journey was very welcomed! Would recommend Francis’ place for other avid travellers!
