Spacious room, air conditioning, great view.
It was very far away from Positano, it felt very isolated from activities and not many choices to eat.

The location was well away from the hustle and bustle of Positano so very quiet and restful with fantastic views. Giuseppe was a wonderful host. He was very welcoming and friendly. He helped us organise our onward travel, carried our bags up the steps, answered all our questions, suggested local restaurants for dinner, was available if we needed him.
Nothing.

Amazing stay! Host was great and very accommodating! View is beautiful!! Room was very clean and place was right next to path of the gods.
The villa is a 30 minute drive from the center of Positano, but there is a bus that runs every hour and is very cheap.

The terrace view was beautiful! Our host, Giuseppe, was lovely and very accommodating. He prepared our breakfast earlier than normal to accommodate our travel plans.

The view and the balcony - simply breathtaking. Our host carried our bags up the very many steps from the bus stop to the B&B upon our arrival. He brought our coffee and breakfast to our balcony each morning. And we cannot forget the charming lady who owns the Mini Market in Nocelle - she makes the most delicious cappuccinos and fresh bread! A truly lovely stay.
The bus ride to Nocelle from Positano was the only challenge.

Set up in Nocelle a 30 minute bus ride from Positano the villa has the most stunning views over Positano all the way to Capri. You can walk down the almost 2000 stairs and reach Positano by foot or up the path of the gods which starts almost outside the Villa. Staying slightly away made visiting Positano all the better and taking the bus was an adventure with great views on the way. Guiseppe met us at the bust stop and was super helpful. Breakfast on the terrace with the view cannot be paidfor!

The view from my terrace was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked great thankfully as it was so hot during our stay. Giuseppe, who runs the B&B, was amazing. he carried all of our heavy luggage up and down the stairs to our room. He was SO helpful overall and answered all of our questions quickly. Very good communication!! It was a beautiful stay and we hope to come back one day.

The villa sits on top of Noucelle in a quiet hilly top and has the best views in Positano. Our clean and comfortable room had a private balcony that looks out to this amazing view everyday and was one of the reasons we stayed indoors. Giuseppe the host was the most hospitable and helpful with reservations and any requests. He speaks good English and is very friendly.
Many steps to climb but that is the beauty of Positano. Breakfast can have more variety.

The views and private terrace were unbelievable, out of this world!! Well worth managing the transportation to and from Positano, etc. We travel often and never had a host so accommodating. He’s the kindest, most generous guy. We cannot recommend this property enough.
everything was perfect.

Nestled on the top of a hill, looking out at Positano, Villa Casola is an honest steal deal for anyone looking to escape the mad crowds of the season. Bear in mind, it is located in Nocelle, a sleepy little village, but is home to some of the most breathtaking views we've ever seen.
The room comes equipped with all the facilities you need. There's a flat screen television (of course you won't be needing one!), a loaded (complimentary!) minibar, and depending on the room you choose, you get a terrace or a window looking out at the emerald waters.
But it is Giuseppe's hospitality that takes the cake. Managed to drive down to pick us after an emergency came up late Sunday evening, single-handedly carried our oversized luggage, whipped up a luxurious breakfast and made us smile with his jovial attitude. Thanks a ton for making our stay a memorable one, hopefully we didn't cause a lot of inconvenience to you, apologies in case we did. We hope to be back at Villa Casola someday again! Thank you for the best three days in Positano. 😊

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Stunning property, gorgeous views, and great bedrooms. Guiseppe was incredibly kind, helpful, gracious, and accommodating. He went above and beyond for us during our stay.
Despite the slightly further distance from the busier parts of Positano, it was very easy to get there by a bus and Guiseppe guided us through perfectly. No other complaints - loved every second of being here.

Perfect days.. Everything. The location, the staff, Giuseppe is amazing he clearly makes all to make you feel at the best. What an amazing experience. truly recommend. view outstating, staff perfect. You should do it. And, please, if you can, stay at least a few days, it is. not a place to a quick visit, but to "carpe diem"

We had a spectacular view of Positano and the ocean. Nocelle is a charming village in the mountain. We enjoyed staying there and exploring nearby. A couple of the elderly villagers spoke to us and people were welcoming. It is peaceful away from the bustle of Positano centre and we didn't have to pay for parking.
Saw an injured/poorly stray cat in the church square on the steps going down to Positano centre.

The villa is very nice and comfy with big, clean rooms. Is situated above de city of Positano and has a great view; perfect for people looking to go hiking.
There’s a bus to get to the city and in the period we stayed there, it was not crowded.
Giuseppe, our host, was extremely nice and helpful, helped us with our luggage and any info we needed.

A room with a view, and a superb host. Almost in the clouds with a most superb view of Positano. The house is in a beautiful, quiet and scenic hamlet. One morning we opened the doors to a herd of goats with bells on their way to a pasture. Giuseppe cooks a terrific breakfast. Fun life is just down the street in Positano. For dinner, there are terrific restaurants in Nocelle that provide a shuttle. The rooms and facilities are super clean.

Giuseppe(the owner) and the view from my room. Giuseppe is obliging and he goes all out to ensure my well-being and comfort. And the view is literally mind blowing. I have the best seat on Earth to watch the sunsets and rain over the ocean. The location is off but to me that is a plus. For my stay I only hear the wind, rain, waves and occasionally some thunder. Hardly any man made noise.
Nothing except that the steps to the B and B can be trying. But I guess this the priced for the spectacular view.

Giuseppe was a gracious and friendly host. He prepared breakfast each morning, fresh fruit and nuts from the garden, yogurt and museli, cakes, even fresh eggs from his hens if you like (for a little extra).
We got the room with a balcony view of Positano and the coast -- absolutely magical. Nocelle overall is such a charming and quiet little town on the mountain, not like touristy Positano. There is one very upscale restaurant and one very charming local restaurant in the town, and you are not so far from other restaurants or even Positano if you like.
The Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods) ends here in Nocelle. You can do the hike both ways (out and back), going Sea View one way and Mountain View the other. It's beautiful but going both ways will take all day and you will be exhausted! (unless you are young and very fit)
Overall it's a wonderful experience, thanks to friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with gorgeous views, and a charming town off the beaten path.

Everyting! great views from our private terrace. Giovanni was lovely, helpful and spoke good english. 2 excellent restaurants and a mini market 100 m away. Good hiking paths ( the path of gods) is near.
By bus you can reach Positano center and the beach in 20-30min. It was quiet up here. I highly recommend for those who do not want to live on a tourist street.

Best thing is the location! Beautiful views and a bit detached from all the tourists in Positano itself.
