I loved the quiet solitude of the property, as well as how clean and well-taken care of the room and area was. The private patios are awesome and so is the upstairs terrace!
It is quite far from the town of Positano, however this was advertised as such from the beginning. It’s so nice if you’re looking to be away from the hustle and bustle. It may be nice if the gate to the property had a code instead of a key, so if you’re checking out early you don’t have to worry about accidentally locking yourself inside the property.

Was nice and fresh and lots of variety the breakfast, view was amazing! The scents of nature were gorgeous.
The steps were a challenge with our baggage, if we had known how many steps there were we wouldn’t have brought so much.

The sea view, the staff, breakfast
only stairs up 🙄

We loved Nocelle. Exploring this beautiful town above Positano was worth the views, the cost (which is cheaper than anything down in Positano), and it's right on the Path of the gods. So many benefits to this location! The bathroom was beautiful and I was able to take baths. The patio facing the sea was excellent as well as breakfast and the patio where we got to eat! Thank you for a beautiful time.
The main bed was a little firm, but that's a personal preference.

I loved it, views, location, comfort was superb. The personnel where great, super nice and accommodating. A 9.5/10, the only thing i would improve is breakfast, everything else was fantastic.

The property had beautiful views overlooking the sea and Positano. The room was very spacious and even had its own kitchen facilities and garden terrace which was lovely to watch the sunset.
The property is quite a trek from Positano town (which is correctly advertised when we booked it originally). A bus service is provided from Nocelle to Positano but it only runs once every hour and this route is often very popular among tourists so it can be very busy. To walk to Positano it is 2000 steps so can be quite the trek.

The view is spectacular. The vila got a nice design being enclosed into the whole landscape.
The sound insulation of the rooms is very poor

Everything about this property and the host Angela was incredible. We were honeymooning here and chose this B&B because we don't like crowds and to be around tourists so this was perfect. There's something really special about being up in the mountains and truly the BEST view. We rented a scooter and would highly recommend if you don't want to rely on public transport however there are many buses to make use of. We just wanted to explore the coast so a scooter was a must. Angela, you're so wonderful, can't wait to come back!
nothing.

The view was fantastic
Hard acces, no parking place not only at the property but neither close to it.

Very friendly and professional at what they do. They took our lugagges on our check in date and check out. Very hard working people. La signora Angela was very welcoming..she even helped with my bag along with the gentleman that brought our lugagges up at the room over his shoulders. How amazing was that!
The room was very clean, spacious. The breakfast in the morning was freshly made and it was a good start for a very hot start in morning.. Ill give it a 10. There was nothing I didn't like. I loved it all.
There was nothing I didn't like and one day I will return.

We loved the location, it was so quiet and peaceful and you could see all up the coast, Positano and the sea. It was so magical. And definitely nice to be out of the hectic husstle and busstle of Positano. We also loved the kitchenette and the outdoor patio was perfect as we spent alot of time at the b&b relaxing and cooking. Plus the room had a nice authentic charm, good aircon and comfy beds. It was everything we needed to have a romantic getaway near Positano on a budget. We went down for adventures every couple of days and the bus was easy to navigate. Alot easier than I thought it would be considering what some people have said in their reviews. The bus gets busy at sunset at the central beach stop so just try and avoid that and you'll be sweet. Also the access - the 200 so of steps was no issue at all. Youre walking in paradise so it didn't phase us and took only about 10 mins. A porter helped with our luggage on arrival and departure so thats the main thing.
Not a dislike, just a suggestion - I think it would be a nice idea to have an umbrella in every patio. We were in unit 1 so managed to borrow the one from the communal area next door to us but it came in handy so much when we were out there during the middle of the day. It was lovely sitting in the shade of the umbrella in the garden all day and watching the sea and reading our books with lemon spritz in hand! Definitely loved our stay.

Amazing views! The ladies who ran the B&B was lovely, the breakfast was very good with lots of
selection. Well away from the busy streets in Positano
There was only a few restaurants within walking distance. You can get the bus to some further away but the buses run every hour.

The sea view from our window and breakfast area was stunning day and night, room clean and because Nocelle is away from the bustle of Positano, it was very quiet and peaceful. The kind porter helped us carry our luggage up and down the many stairs free off charge (once with a donkey!) I had told the staff that it was my daughter’s birthday during our stay and they decorated the room with lovely balloons and banners to make it special! Very grateful to everyone at Bacio del Sol. Maria was very considerate and packed us a generous breakfast, which she left in our fridge for us to eat the morning of our check out since we had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served. And she also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport (50€ cheaper than the quotes we received on inquiring in town/online).
It was rather hard to find the bus to Nocelle from Positano. I think it would be good to mention this in the directions on booking.com. The bus to Nocelle stops at Positano square/ center every hour at 20 past the hour. The bus ride is about 20 minutes and you get off at the last stop which is simple enough. But for some reason google maps suggests you walk from Positano to Nocelle, which is impossible unless you wish to hike there with your luggage!

Perfect if you want to visit Positano, but also appreciate beautiful scenary, privacy and quiet. The room was spacious and nice with a kitchen space with all the escentials. The patio had an amazing view! This is amazing, and I will definetly come back if I ever return.
Nocelle is a little village high up and away from Positano. You are bound to take the bus or a taxi to get all the way up. The bus did go regularly, and the b&b is a short distance from the stop, so not a big problem if you know the timetable.

The porter Icilio and his donkeys and dogs were so sweet and took our suitcases down to the B&B for us even though we were running later in the evening. We were greeted by Maria Rosaria and she was helpful to get us settled in. The view is unbeatable and the backyard is private and amazing for lunches or an evening cocktail to view the lights of Positano. Breakfast was included and offered a large variety of amazing food, it was a perfect way to start the day every morning. I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff and location here, I would recommend it to anyone.
Travel is extensive so be aware that this area is not easily accessible, but if you don’t mind a windy bus ride or some flights of stairs then this should be reasonable for you. Pack light because you will be carrying it around the island or off the ferry/bus.

Hard to fault.

Nice place to stay, further away from busy Positano but still accesable by bus. The room was comfy and clean, with a little useful kitchenette and a patio with deck chairs. Views over the sea. Angela served superb breakfast. Thank you :)
plenty steps to reach the properity

Amazing staff, very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great and always fresh. We had some comfortable days here, and would recommend.
It's a bit complicated to get there from Positano when you don't know the city. But after getting to know the city and the buses it works out just fine.

Nocelle is our first choice to stay whenever we visit the Amalfi coast. It is so far removed from the hustle and bustle of Positano that we always look for places in Nocelle first.
The location was easy to find but do remember about stairs (a lot of them) when you decide to stay in Nocelle. The B&B itself exceeded our expectations - the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the amenities were all we could ask for. Breakfast was served in the room and although it was nothing fancy, it was much better than what we are accustomed to in Italy. The view was mind-blowing (a standard for Nocelle) to say the least. We had a patio/balcony wit sunbeds at our disposal and a huge terrace to take in an even better view of Positano. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.
The wifi was a little on the slower side (which was actually a positive in hindsight as it helped us to "disconnect" from the world and enjoy the stay a little bit more). It was adequate and NOT unusable but nevertheless, if your life depends on a super fast internet connection, keep this in mind.

Everyone and everything from the excellent support from the staff to the delightful locals dishing out free lemon ice drinks and the local donkey assisting with our luggage. Few KMs above Positano. All served by a 30 min downhill walk or the local bus operating all day. The garden terrace with a sea view is very every penny. It’s a small village with a shop, a bar and 2 restaurants. Have cash for the bus and shop. I will be back.
Nada.
