Peaceful location and atmosphere
It’s small so not lots of other people there
Felt like you were sharing someone’s home and you could feel a lot of care and love has gone into the place , it felt very welcoming.
I really liked the style / decor of the place too

Localização, parking space, simpatia do dono e wifi
A limpeza é muito má e via-se o pó nas tomadas, quadros, janelas sujas, falta de cortinas, caixilharia das janelas partidas, o esgoto dp duche entupido, torneiras cheias de calcário.......

For Agadir is very quite place near center. The host went very far out of his duties to help us, gave us even free ride to center. Garden with rare plants. We loved it. Thank you!

I had been there a few days before and having to stop again in Agadir I chose to go back to where I had already been; I like everything about this place.

Very nice, comfortable, good quality with secure, off street parking. Evening meal was excellent.
The breakfast was the most minimal of our trip, which was a bit disappointing.

lovely gardens and nice room
we took 1.5 hours to find the property
very difficult to find at night, doesn’t look at all like a hotel from the street. the very small sign was not lit up and the door looked like a very tatty garage door. we asked several people in the village and nobody knew where it was. apple maps initially found it but we didn’t recognise that it was a hotel. Having had a very long journey and being very tired the owner was unfriendly and blamed us for not having a local sim.
we were too late (9pm) to get any food even something basic. We had to go out for food but it was very disappointing. the area is very downbeat and for the first time in Morocco didn’t feel either friendly or very safe. We had to eat crisps and tinned sardines as there was little choice.
The bathroom was smelly and not very clean.
Little flexibility with the owners, we had to leave before 8 without breakfast but there was no discount!
great shame as the property is set in lovely gardens and the room was very nice.
This was the last night of 3 weeks in Morocco and our only disappointment.

Seeking a traditional Moroccan hotel experience it was great. Loved the quiet and relaxing courtyard with plants. Super home made breakfast. Easy and efficient private shuttle to the airport (extra cost).
Getting to the city center wasn't always easy because it is located a bit far.

Very nice room was perfect. The bathroom was large and bed and pillows all were very comfortable. Breakfast simple, efficient, quick, and nice. The owner helped with the bbq and it was very nice. The main outdoor market and the beach is a bit far (3-4 km) but taxies were easy to locate. I would stay here next time when I return.
Things were perfect.

Good location, close to the airport. Nice garden and friendly staff.
There was no warm water in our room, so a cold shower. Breakfast was ok, but could have been more. The wifi in the room sucked.

almost a Santa Fe styled Villa, with a beautiful Garden and Terrace, we enjoyed our 2 day stay very much. the owners were extremely helpful, organized even a Hammam/Massage appointment incl. shuttle Service. We‘d definitely would come back to Maison Marocaine

Room was perfect, very nice bathroom and comfy bed, all spotless. Breakfast was nice and the garden is beautiful.
Slightly hard to find but worth it for the peaceful setting

The concept of this place is wonderful - it's peaceful, away from the noise of the city, there is a nice small garden, funny chiwava and a cat running around. The owner is extremely kind and helpful and literally saved us a couple of times when we couldn't get a taxi to take us back, for which I'm forever grateful! I think that this place is more suited for travellers with a car as the taxi situation in Agadir is really horrible (I have travelled all over and never experienced anything like this!) - this is of course in no way the fault of the property, simply a fact that should be considered by the guests. We realized (unfortunately too late) that there are some buses stopping close by - maybe this could be communicated to the guests without cars as an option? The first evening when we arrived we also had the dinner which was very nice (salad, chicken tajine, fruits). In comparison the breakfast is very, very simple (I suppose it's normal French breakfast?) - we upgraded it with some fruits and veggies from the market. It somehow feels more like an airbnb than a hotel which I don't mean as a criticism per se, rather trying to describe the vibe. I do recommend this place to independent travellers who want to be on their own, they will have probably a great experience here!
As already someone else mentioned, some TLC and a bit more attention to the property is needed in my humble opinion. It's the little things that would go a long way. E.g. the sitting areas outside were always dusty so pretty much unusable - yes, there is a desert around the corner and a construction on the road, but that's all the more reason to keep this in mind.. Doors were difficult to close, mirror in the bathroom was so low that I had to almost kneel down to see myself, towels were almost falling apart, especially the bathroom was not very clean.. I think other rooms were in a bit better condition so maybe we were just unlucky in that sense. I do appreaciate the idea of sustainability but as a guest you expect certain standards.

It is a Moroccan style house with beautiful paintings of the essence of the country.
all is ok

Wonderful, tranquil setting, friendly staff and a lovely dinner.
The property is off the beaten path but very close to the main road that leads to the airport which is what we wanted.
Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff. Clean and cozy room. They even booked a taxi from the airport to the Maison in the middle of the night and also helped us to get to Imsouane another day.

Nice, spacious apartment in a quiet area outside of the centre. Five minutes walk to the Medina. The owner was extremely helpful, drove us in to the Marina on our first morning and then to the bus station when we left. He even stayed with us until we had purchased the correct bus and luggage tickets.
It’s a little out of the centre so taxis are needed. No AC, only a fan.

Nice and quite location, with a super nice garden, away from the noise of the city. Big rooms, we stayed in a bungalow which was more that we asked for. Super nice owners, always helpful. We also had dinner on site, which was great, a 10 for the cook. Breakfast was OK, nothing to complain. If you seek quiet, this one of the places, that is worth the money.
Maybe some TLC, here and there.

The house is very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was very good and we have a wonderful night with a delicious meal cooked by the owner Nadège. We will come back.
