Only location is good

Location

Phone rings every night late night for no reason No hot water Breakfast very late (8:30 am) Cable rent not paid by the hotel. Hence no TV No ventilation in the bathroom. Too much noise in the bedroom due to constant yelling by the local vendors downstairs.

Best Hotel to stay near Abode

The Hotel is the nearest to the Golden temple. Also ,along with the major market area near the temple. There cannot be any hotel so well located near Golden temple or right in the middle of the main market.You come out of the hotel and you wil see the hustle bustle market and temple goers and lot many restaurants , Phulkari shops.........

Some thing which I didnt like is the size of the deluxe room. It was little compact . Premium rooms are spacious but deluxe rooms are small. And while booking the deluxe room the images were shown to us of a premium room, which I want to address it to the Booking.com.

The only thing i liked about this hotel is its location, but overall i don’t look forward to coming back to this hotel a

The hotel location is good, it is near golden temple and staff was polite

The room services were not up to par, the T.V was non-functional, the in room appliances(kettle) was also not working, the decided hotel fair was a scam, as we had to pay extra taxes, and while booking we included the hotel shuttle in the booking, but now the hotel staff expects us to pay 800rs more for a 30mins(16kms) ride.

Beautiful and serene stay.

Only disadvantge was that no taxi could access the hotel. we had to walk a long way to access and also to exit the hotel to our car. But the staff were very helpfull in helping us take our luggge to our car.

Was a good hotel before.

Near the golden temple. Cannot hear much of outside noise.

No 24-hour hot water. Noisy at night. Keep waking up to the dragging of the table and chairs in the middle of the night. Have to wait a few minutes for the door to close. Have stayed here before, and it used to be a good hotel.

Location and Breakfast

rooms did not have adequate cooling facility. It has centralized air conditioning. we went in winters they had heaters in due to which even if we feel warm, ACs are of no use, as it will have hot air due to heater.

Location really helped

Location is good and walking-distance to Goldern Temple entrance. All market is nearby so very convenient.

WiFi service was scratch on upper floors. Rooms are small. We expected bit bigger.

Location is amazing

If you are carrying lot of luggage then reaching the place is a problem as given its closeness to the Golden temple, vehicles aren't allowed near it.

The rooms are terribly small. The staff was so rude, even after mentioning that we need an extra bed at the time of booking they did not provide us with a room big enough to fit another bed and when we asked them they clearly said u can cancel the booking they didn’t even bother to to help out.

Very good

The location is excellent. It's right opposite to Jalianwala Bagh. So major points were accessible by foot. The room had all the facilities required. Cleanliness is well maintained. Staff and management are pretty helpful

The room could have been a little more spacious. It's pretty small. There is no way to take the car upto the hote or park it,as the road is blocked. One has to get down and walk upto the hotel with all the luggage or catch a rickshaw. We were of course helped by a staff to carry the luggage. This of course is a small hiccup , as everything else is flawless.

the hotel was infested with rats …which you could see and hear living in the air conditioning ducts and outlet vents in the room.
