Great stay

The rooms were clean and hiegenic. The staff were polite and friendly. The front office always available for assistance.

Very close to TMC Kolkata, where I had my work. Walkable distance from TMC

Ok if you plan to be outdoors mainly and come to sleep only

Location, food , bathroom clean

Very basic , no electric kettle, no iron for press. Room spacious but needs some fresh paint

Staff was ok.

It's not a hotel, it's a lodge or a guest house. Though rooms were clean but not to the standard of 2-3star hotel. Elevator was pathetic, bathroom was just tolerable.

Terrible place in the back of beyond with no facilities

Breakfast starts at 10AM. So could never have the breakfast

No hotel facilities. I was the only person staying. No room service, no food just a bed.

Budget hotel, in fact a guest house really. The good thing is that the central helpline of Treebo Trend hotels was reachable and they could give me the phone number of the person who was "managing" the property. No such luck with competitor FabHotels, with whom I had to cancel my reservation.

Not suitable for elderly couples visiting by themselves. You need to have energy, patience and stamina to deal with the gaps such guest house chains leave compared to a real hotel. For example, there is no front desk or kitchen/restaurant as you would expect in a real hotel.

It was like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

The stay was very comfortable and without any hiccups. The location, cleanliness, and the other amenities were all on point.

Pleasant

Location of the stay was walkable distance from TMC. Room and bathroom were clean. Basic amenities were good. Elevator facility was available.

I was most annoyed with the "management's policy" that outside food cannot be consumed in the room. If I have to eat in my room, I can only order from the limited menu of the in-house restaurant. They want us to go out and dine at a restaurant amidst a pandemic. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description while booking. People who travel to a different region to experience the local cuisine are denied this opportunity because of such mundane rules. I was thoroughly annoyed by the staff's behaviour to force this rule on me denying my basic right as an adult to have the food I want. I hope the authorities take note of this rule and make sure it is added to the lodge's booking page.

Overall the property is good. Should improve the reception and the adjoining Lobby.

The room was quite spacious and tidy with attached Balcony for fresh air

The Breakfast was of poor quality with no choice. There was no board or indication which says that its a Treebo Property. The Board says Sreema Guest House. The Check out time is 11.00 am of this property which is strange. I was forced out at 11.00 am

In one word it is good for stay 1 or 2 days

Breakfast is very poor and below standard.

Menu in Lunch and dinner are as per the availability of their stock. No particular choice.
