Best in Class

This hotel is very affordable in price compare to other hotels on that area. Rooms are very clear & furnished We booked double ac room & it is very nice according to the price Behaviour of the hotel staffs & manager is also very good ..

Thankgod it was just one night stay.

Nothing

A lot should be improved. Room should be cleaned thoroughly. There were nymphs and cockroaches around. Pest control should be there. Walls were in poor condition. TV was not working, room service was terrible. Bed sheet had stains. At night, uber or ola pickup didn’t come to the exact location, you had to cross the road with your luggages. For the price we paid atleast a decent room should had been given.

Overall nice stay.

Location is good which is just a 10 mints from airport. And i didn't had to worry about the taxi wherever i went. Hotel provided me the taxi without any hassle.

Didn't like the food that much, its ok ok type. Also the food price is a bit high

Just the location free breakfast I have to pay for it never asked for cleaning the room nothing extra it's poor service poor food as its show on Internet nothing like it poor quality service cleaning not good aswell I'll never stay at this place again Sorry to say its poor service

Overall the stay was quite smooth.

Staff were friendly & helpful

Would have been good to inform that the pick up charges does not include the parking charges at the airport and that the customer needs to pay this. Very noisy at night with a late arrival family around midnight - the doors are loud when closed. After I asked them to be quiet it was much better.

No area can be praiseworthy except the quality of Vehicle to drop at Airport.

Maintenance issues. Non availability of milk resulted in non supply of Coffee in the morning. Geyser for hot water not working.

They sent me an email confirmation to pickup from airport but did not. Neither they picked up my call. When I arrived by taxi, first they did not open the door ,latter they said all rooms sold out but they managed to give me very small room with nothing inside. except poor bed.

Its horrible experience...

Its a really pathetic condition of rooms and there were no housekeeping as well.. most important thing that booking.com hasn't complete information about this property.Lots of hidden charges was there.. not recommended for a while too..

It's near the airport. That's it.

It was very close to the airport.

There were stains on the bedsheets. There was no hot water. Tried to organise a transport from the airport early in the morning, but the driver was not there and fell asleep mid-conversation while trying to talk to him!

the cost of the room cud hv been lil cheaper than what they were charging. cuz it wasnt upto the mark

when asked for hot water, the geyser wasnt working. also when we turned the tap on, the water was of black color. the bathroom bucket was unclean.
