Very good. Location absolutely convenient

Location next to the metro station, the neighborhood was very active

The cleaning service staff was very kind and attentive!!! The problem was the humidity smell, it is possible that the carpets need to be changed.

Rooms okay, location great. Not that good value for money. Poor service.

The location was great - in the middle of Skt. Pauli.

Hospitality; The first receptionist we met was friendly, unfortunately this wasn't the case with the last one. On the day we left he was in a hurry, we felt like thrown out and the promised free coffee until 11 am was not available. This gave the overall impression of poor service.

Terrible place

There was no breakfast at all. I,m not sure if I paid for it. Apart of that the owner was completly unpleasant. He forced me to come on day arrival before 8 o'clock although he had knwon that I had car accident. Besides to park the car at the hotel was not possible. I had to go few minutes to find the parking. Terrible place.

Great location, very close to Reepenbahn.

Location was great, short walk to Reepenbahn and several bars & restaurants nearby. Easy to travel from airport to hotel via Sbahn. Rooms very clean, great staff and very helpful.

Horrible!

Super small, extremely dusty, shower blocked, so expensive for what it is. It should be a 20 eur per night hostel. I even got alergy and red spots all over my body after a night in that bed. We needed to leave straight away and pay another hotel even though they didn't refund anything.

The smell overpowered the full experience :(

The location was great for the liveliness of Reeperbahn, very close to S-bahn station. The staff were friendly. It had an elevator which was convenient.

The smell was awful and no matter how long we left the windows open - it did not go away. It is clearly a very damp bathroom / room and this needs addressed immediately. The furnishing was very basic - no tea or coffee, the only toiletries provided were very old individual sachets of men's shower gel. Not what I would expect at all with the price and found it very disappointing.

Dated hotel rooms, but good value for money nevertheless. Friendly staff. Good location.

Staff waited for my arrival even though I was arriving 1.5h late. The reception usually is unmanned after 8pm on weekdays.

- in the end of reeperbahn, but still a quiet place - nice room with big bed - best price/quality balance in reeperbahn

- must leave key in the reception during weekends, its nots convenient,even if reception works 24 h during weekend

Great stay at a great location in Hamburg

The hotel was very nice. The location is super good -close to very nice cafes and bars. The hotel room, clean and very comfortable bed- very nice and big bathroom- overall an great room to stay. Highly recommended- I would definitely choose it at my next trip to Hamburg.

Passable

It has absolutely nothing but four walls, a soft bed and a shower. The interior sets you back to the early nineties, which I think is also the last time the remote control for the TV was wiped off. Yug. But apart from that, completely fine, and a very very soft bed - almost like an aero-gymnastics fall pit. The location is right around the corner from Sodoma and Gomora, and a quiet murmur of bass drum can be heard from the clubs on the parallel street Grosse Freiheit ("Great Freedom") behind the building. I actually like that for it's calming qualities. Like a summernight's thunder far in the distance.

Friendly staff, good price, good location near metro station and nightlife, bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. around.

In my room it was very warm in summer, no fans/ventilators available. Thankfully there was fresh air at night so could open the window.
