The Hotel was really nice and the staff were excellent. Lovely setting and it was very busy when we were there.
Our room was tiny. The bathroom was so small that the sink was actually hitting the door when you opened it. It was advertised as a double room but was actually not even single room size.

Lovely hotel. Amazing food and very friendly staff. An excellent location to explore Connemara.

The room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. The hotel had several reading rooms, as well as a lovely relaxed bar and restaurant.
The restaurant is very good and I had a beautiful seafood chowder for dinner in the bar area. However, the inclusive breakfast was not particularly good - some tough pre-cooked bacon, a fried egg and sausage, a fried tomato and some mushrooms. It reminded me of breakfasts on British trains.

Wonderful location with breathtaking views from the bar & restaurant. Staff were very friendly helpful & attentive without being intrusive. Thankyou for making us feel at home. Food was mouth-wateringly delicious. especially the fish dishes. Good wine selection. Spotlessly clean. Although our room didn't have a sea view the manicured gardens still retained their Irish wilderness. Will definitely be back

This hotel was exceptionally nice, attentive staff, a warm and friendly atmosphere. It felt more like a country home than a hotel, with the comfortable welcoming lounges. The bedroom was lovely and comfortable, very quiet. The dinner was superb as was the breakfast. This is a dog friendly hotel so it was nice to see a few 4 legged guests, though you would hardly notice them as they fit right in and suited the comfortable lounge. Enjoyed an evening drink with a beautiful sea view sunset. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very varied menu at to ask for a couple of things for the table like napkins and toast.
That we at to do two flights of stairs other than that it was fine.

It’s a lovely relaxing place to stay. Owner couldn’t be more helpful. Our little dog was welcomed and enjoyed his stay felt at home. Room was lovely and serviced every day. Food was fab and we’ll certainly stay again. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting.
Couldn’t fault it.

The food for breakfast and dinner were the absolute best. Everything fresh and beautifully presented. Views from room and restaurant were stunning.
Our room was colorless. It just didn't seem to fit in with the rest of the hotel at all.

Restaurant was the best part of our stay. Food and view was fantastic. Room was basic but bathroom had been updated.
The bed was sagging in the middle, seemed to be quite an old mattress. Not very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, we were escorted to our room and given fresh cake and served tea. At sunset we sat outside on the Sun Terrasse to watch a very beautiful sunset while sipping on drinks from the bar. The breakfast was one of the best Full Irish breakfasts I've ever had.
