Clean and location is good but...

The place was clean and fulfills our basic needs

The staff most especially the recep are not accommodating. We booked a room because we are part of the entourage of the bride, we know the check out time but the photos taking long. We asked if we can have a 1-2hr late check out just so we can leave properly, make sure that nothing is left behind, and we can use the lavatory.. They didn't agree, but after that they just gave us 30 mins and we only used that to pack in a haste, then go back to the photoshoot. Someone also called during the UNextended time reminding us that we need to check out, and someone knocked our door to check. This puts a pressure on us as they just wants us out.

The fees are not cheap, I am a little disappointed.

Very friendly staff was great.

I told the front desk that the TV in my room was not working and they did not fix it. I told the cleaning staff and they fixed it once, but after I turned off the TV, it came back.

Great for work and leisure - I will be back.

The room was perfect. It has a huge bed, very comfy, good space to sit at and work and the shower is also great. I can highly recommend this place. Room service was prompt and good. Food is perhaps a bit tiny in terms of portions. Bakery downstairs has great banana bread.

I had an issue with my room due to a lot of noise coming from another room next door. The rooms are connected with doors in between the walls, so this can create quite a bit of disturbance. I got in touch with reception and they solved the problem.

We loved it & we’re coming back again & again, convenience to everything, shopping, restaurants

We’re happy to everyone’s friendly welcoming each of the guest we’ve noticed. The hospitable staff & the rest of hotel crew was awesome very helpful & well mannered, so polite & lastly well behave, highly recommended to everyone. We’re booking up again next time

I like it a lot

Everything was great, staff is more than helpful always. Decent breakfast buffet gets you full, with omelettes and pancakes made to order. Would recommend to others.

Disappointed the bar was always closed. But they did have beer on the restaurant menu but limited selection.
