Perfect location, close to everything but quiet, posh and safe.
Breakfast was simple but nice.
Reception staff were very helpful.
Would have been nice to have complimentary water and a better selection of tea and proper coffee in the room.

The hotel is efficiently managed, clean and well positioned. It is attractive in an old fashioned way whilst providing comfortable accommodation with (in my case) excellent bathrooms. It represents good value for money.

Had a fabulous stay in Dec 2023. Perfect location- so close to the main square. Our room was huge; facing the canal and very clean. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Didn’t stop for breakfast as it looked a little compact. Chose to dine out. But I would 100% recommend. Got a water taxi back to the airport for 160 euros. Was on time and 25 mins. Definitely worth the experience

Very good location, nice staff, spacious room. Cozy atmosphere
It is very dark in the room, the chandelier is to small for such a room. Breakfast always the same, no hot food

Location was great.
Disappointed by limited breakfast given the cost of the hotel. We stayed at a hotel in Bologna prior to coming to Venice which had better breakfast, snacks to take during the day and much more helpful staff.
4.5
The staff members were exceptionally helpful and kind.
Unfortunately, the view of the torn plastic on the building across the canal was a bit unsightly, but that’s not something the hotel can fix.

We loved the location, it was absolutely perfect for a few days of exploring Venice on foot. The beds were really comfortable, as were the pillows. All the staff that we spoke to throughout our stay were friendly and very helpful. We also had a bath tub which is something you don't usually get in a hotel.
It's not so much a dislike but breakfast could have had more variety, along with allergen information. it was very delicious though!

Fantastic location, the room was a large size with a view of a small canal. The included breakfast had a very good selection.
The provided hair dryer could be updated. Offer evening coffee or aperitivo in the lounge.
