A very enjoyable and restful stay.

The poor room didn’t spoil our stay as everything else was really lovely.

The view was fabulous,the staff all lovely & couldn’t do enough for you,amazing crystal clear clean infinity pool.The view from all the rooms overlooking the sea was a delight every day.The cleaning was of the highest standard with daily clean towels & bedding.The cleaning lady was like a mother looking after us and always so cheerful,hold on to her she’s amazing!Nearly everyone we spoke to were returning guests.

The room was disappointing,very basic with the minimum of knives, forks,spoons( two of each) same with the plates.No surfaces to put any food with an old fashioned two plate plug in stove that was kept in a cupboard & we used it once but had to put it on the floor to boil some eggs! Brand new fridge.Spacious wardrobes.Balcony very small.This hasn’t put us off though,we will definitely go back but choose a bigger room/balcony & take more essentials with us.

Peaceful and relaxing location, lovely hosts, close to Argostoli and Lassi centre by car.

The people were lovely - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was peaceful, and the views were great, lovely sunsets over the sea. It is also only about 5 minutes in the car to the centre of Lassi and Argostoli, both of which have a great selection of restaurants. We also loved hearing the cockerel in the mornings. The room was cleaned every day which was much appreciated. It was great to have the onsite restaurant (which had a varied menu) for if you didn't want to venture out in the evenings. I would recommend a stay here.

The room was fine though it would have been great if it had a small table with a couple of chairs so you could sit and eat when you couldn't use the balcony. There was room for this if the coffee table (which was pretty unnecessary) was removed. The shower was the smallest we've had on holiday before, with the shower curtain clinging to you as you were showering (whilst trying not to think about all the other bodies that it had clung to)! We would recommend hiring a car to get around especially if you are late in the season - the onsite restaurant closed around the third week in October and there aren't any other eateries within reasonable walking distance.

The views are outstanding, the staff were all extremely friendly and always ready to help with anyth

Our deal didn’t include breakfast but the room had some kitchen facilities which was great. We ate dinner there twice and the food was lovely. There are several beaches and restaurants within walking distance so always had a good choice

Short stay

The friendliness of the staff.

Location not ideal, with badly lit road to Lassi with no pavements especially with cars that didnt slow down. No privacy in room as it was groundfloor, people walking past windows at front and back (wooden shutters wouldnt shut at the front) and cleaners waiting to clean room daily so no chance for much of a lie in in the mornings. Restaurant prices on sight a bit high so ordered take away food on the nights we did stay there. This type of holiday wasn't for us with the location,etc as we wanted to try something different for a change in comparison to Tenerife, we cut the holiday short and travelled home after a few days, dissappointing really as were probably expecting something different.

Loved it!

Oskars is such a friendly place to stay. The staff were all so welcoming. The food in the restaurant was amazing and we had a lovely little apartment with a balcony for self catering if we chose. The pool area was peaceful, with beautiful views. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

There was nothing we didn’t like. It is a hidden gem, off the beaten track. But this does mean walking or getting taxi’s to explore elsewhere. We didn’t mind doing this and enjoyed going out to places like Argostoli and Sami then coming back to our peaceful sanctuary!

Pleasant

I was only there for one night and did not have the opportunity to use the restaurant but the menu looked very nice. Lovely view of the sea from the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was big with three single beds a dressing table kitchen sink and cupboards clearly a family room but not very cosy for just one person. The wall cupboards were also too high to reach anything in them.

A little piece of paradise

Everything about this very friendly family run business if you are wanting a holiday to just chill and relax then this hidden gem is for you. We stayed in a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment which was of a really nice size with a great sized patio area at the front with plenty of seating with a sea view. The facilities at Oskars are exceptional, if you don't want to venture out anywhere everything is at hand, a restaurant that serves all meals and a bar to serve drinks all day whilst relaxing around the good sized pool. Oskar takes pride in his fantastic garden growing an array of fruits and vegetables which are served in the restaurant. One evening we had pumpkin soup which was amazing!!

There is nothing about this property that there isn't to like, however the main road to the bars and restaurants can be a bit scary on an evening if walking as there isn't much street lighting, but you can grab a taxi to/from the property easily enough.

Nice studio, spotlessly clean, quiet and lovely views. Highly recommended.

The location is a little far out, if you like walking it's half an hour to Makris Gialos beach. Or, hire a car, 90 euros for 3 days and you can do the whole island. Recommend Fiskardo and Aghia Effimia. Oskars Restaurant is a little pricey but good food and atmosphere. Overall not much to dislike.

A very pleasing, relaxing and nice vacation

We were nicely welcomed by our host and were offered a welcome drink - tasty homemade lemonade. The host was a very friendly, radiant and kind gentleman. We received our room keys from him. The apartments were very comfortable, clean and nice. There were appliances such as an air conditioner, fridge, cooker, toaster, etc. Our sheets were changed 2 times during our 7-day stay, which is amazing. Our towels were changed 3 times and the rooms were being cleaned each and every day. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. We had a beautiful view to the sea. The property has its own parking which is great for the guests. During our stay we were treated very kindly. We had pleasant conversations with the staff and were even surprised with delicious fruit from the very own garden of the owner as a compliment from the property. We highly recommend you booking a stay at Oskars! You won’t regret it!

Good place to stay

Nice place run by a very nice family willing to assist you whatever your needs. The facilities are OK at a reasonable price. The restaurant, despite a little bit expensive for the island standards, is probably one of the best.

Superb

Staff and service was the best. They cleaned the room every day. Super friendly. The views from the balcony are amazing. We got homemade lemonade at check-in which was lovely. The food in the restaurant is amazing, really. Everything we had was full of taste. If I ever go back to the island I will probably come here again.

Bed was not so comfortable. No swimming pool.

A charming family business

It's amazing! We were greeted with lemon juice made out of lemons growing on the property and then showed to our room. There's a restaurant nearby the apartments which belongs to Oskar’s family. Everyone working there is friendly and very helpful. It looks like a happy family. Our room was tidy up every day. A little kitchenette in the room was enough for us to make simple breakfasts and occasionally dinner. The view from the balcony was beautiful, overlooking the sea. The ambiance of the whole property is just perfect. Oskars is located around 15mins walking from Argostoli and 10 - from Lassi. There is a tiny beach just around the corner.

The showers, what's typical on the Ionian islands, are very small.

Loved it!🙌🏾

I loved how friendly all of the staff were. The food at the restaurant was so good too! I went solo for my 22nd birthday and had the best time! Not too far of a walk to the beaches which were gorgeous. The town was lovely and was nice to see locals present and immersed into the “touristy” bits. Beautiful area - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
