Top location with a view on the golf course. The hotel is well managed with a friendly staff. It is extremely quiet. Nice breakfast room an bar food at reasonable price. The golf course is also very nice.

Lovely friendly welcome on arrival which was the hallmark of all our interactions with staff. Beautiful peaceful setting. Easy drive into St Andrews and much better value than staying there.
Some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice. We stayed during a period of exceptional weather and it would be so brilliant if hotels offered summer bedding as duvets are just too warm.

Gosh. Not an awful lot to like really. I did sleep well, but I think that was down to exhaustion!
This hotel isn’t in St.Andrews as I believed. The room was incredibly hot, so much so we had to sleep with the windows open. Breakfast was ok, just ok. Staff at breakfast weren’t friendly. Receptionist was friendly so that’s a plus. We moved hotels in the end as the room was too hot and location wasn’t good.

Staff, Val and the other staff couldn't be any more helpful. Nothing is a problem. Happy staff and great atmosphere.
Rooms, this is our 2nd visit and we were in a different part of the hotel. Great rooms over looking the golf course. Clean and spacious.
Very happy.

Nice staff, they couldn’t be more helpful. The location is great right on the golf course.
The hotel and rooms are run down and tries to be honest, breakfast menu is very limited. Do think it could do with better signs. would stay again but does need a bit of tlc.

Its value for money: A correct place, not expensive
If you plan to play golf in Drumoig, it's perfectly located
If you plan to visit St Andrews, not so well located
The beds weren't properly done
The carpet was not clean, and the water boiler was definitely nasty
