Obiekt posiada świetną lokalizację z widokiem na morze. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Świetna lokalizacja. Wystarczy zjechać i na wyciągnięcie ręki restauracje, promenada i morze. Bardzo ważny jest parking z bramą na pilot. Parking położony jest na tyłach obiektu i może pomieścić kilkanaście samochodów.

Kaucję można przekazać jedynie przez udostępnienie karty. Nie ma możliwości opłaty na miejscu w formie gotówki

Не стоит своих денег, гостеприимство не их сильная сторона. Апарты старые и пошарпаные

Расположение

Если коротко - хозяйка с синдромом вахтера - беда для бизнеса. Здесь ваши ожидания не будут оправданы, но какая разница, если деньги за ваше пребывание уже списаны? У нас изменились даты поездки и хозяйка отказалась подвинуть срок пребывания, ссылаясь на то, что все комнаты заняты. Окей, сами виноваты, но мы благополучно забронировали "занятые" апартаменты на новые даты)) Даже взяли апартаменты получше. А заселили нас в апартаменты первого бронирования (так как мы приехали в последний день первого бронирования) а на замечание, было поставлено условие, чтобы получить новые апартаменты мы должны выехать в 12 и заехать в соседние в 14. Как будто мы разозлили хозяйку тем, что потребовали именно то, что мы бронировали. К слову сказать, нас все равно заселили не в те апартаменты, что были на фото (а поселили в те, что хуже). Сами апартаменты старые, облезлые, мебель, словно собрана по ближайшим помойкам, техника пожелтевшая от грязи и времени. Но при этом везде и всюду развешены таблички, что вам запрещается что-то включать и вообще дышать в этих комнатах, что если вы намусорите, то будете платить экстра за уборку. Когда сдаешь апартаменты почти за 1000 евро в неделю, то уборку можно включить в стоимость. Постели стоят отдельного внимания, мы жили ранней весной, и вы знаете, что в это время на Кипре холодно ночью. Но на постелях не было предусмотрено одеял в пододеяльниках. Были только синтетические покрывала, под которыми лежала простынь. Но вы не можете спать под синтетическими покрывалами, не коснувшись их снаружи рукой или лицом. Представляете сколько рук и лиц касалось этих покрывал, и, конечно, они не стирают их перед каждым гостем. Мы купились в этих апаратаментах на расположение и вид, но, если в комнате "вид на город" - то вам попадется закрытое ставнями наглухо окно, и вы будете спать как в подвале, без лучика света, если ставни открыть - вид на облезлую стену, парковку и мусорки.

A comfortable, clean and quiet apartment by the beach.

Useful location by the beach, the host was responsive and the cleaners I met were very friendly and helpful. Generally the apartment was clean, the bed is comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped apart from a kitchen knife but I managed. I appreciate the thought and attention to detail with the instructions on the wall, the extra towels, the free netflix, tea towels, oven gloves, all the cups, plates, laundry liquid etc...There is everything you need here.

The bathroom is a little worn out and old, the silicone needs replacing around the shower tray, it is moldy. Also the grout to the tiles need bleaching or regrouting. The bathroom sink needs unblocking more regularly. However, it is okay to use. The walls need repainting in some areas. The kitchenette is older but appreciate it is expensive to upgrade. Otherwise works wells till.

Absolutely perfect place. Centric, clean and with a very friendly host. Phenomenal.

Perfect place in the heart of Larnaca. Close to bars, restaurants, bus station, taxi station and the beach. Loved it here!

Great spot in light-filled apartment.

The location is perfect, with a great view of the beach and along the coast. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with lots of natural light. Car parking was very welcome. The kitchen was well equipped.

The windows weren't a great fit, so there was quite a lot of transmitted noise. We're not complaining about the noise. We were above a busy row of restaurants, and we accepted that, but better fitting windows could have mitigated this. Everything else was great for what we paid.

Family beach weekend

We stayed in a really spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The living room had a magnificent view of the sea. The location is just across the beach so it was very easy to go to the beach with 2 toddlers. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the high bar chairs in the kitchen. Downstairs there are a lot of places to eat so it's really convenient. Prices are more than decent. All in all it was a lovely stay and we are planning to come back soon.

The apartment could use some updates and deep cleaning - we found some dust here and there but nothing too serious.

The location was spot on and the hosts were amazing going over and above what was expected - this made all the difference to our stay

The photo of the apartment we thought we were getting wasn't actually the one we got due to the owner having numerous properties at the same location. Thus the bathroom facilities weren't what we would have chosen but still a good appartment

superb location, great view and functional interior

The apartment is right at the center of the beach promenade. Must be hard to find a better location in Larnaca. The balcony offers you perfect view at the promenade with all the restaurants and the beach and the sea. Amazing. The furniture is very functional, but kind of basic. Good to have water cooker, microwave and coffee machine. A toaster would be a good addition. Big fridge. Private parking at the building. Aircon in every room. Good internet. Very responsive and helpful host!! Overall a great place to stay even if you stay longer.

We prefer a dedicated shower over a bathtub. Bathroom sink must have been designed for little kids - but I am really tall. We did not find any cookware, but did not ask for such. Mattresses are a bit thin for big people. Entrance area of the building and parking area are a bit shabby at first impression - but this does not really matter.

We would definitely come back to Krasas next time we’re in Larnaca!

It’s location overlooking Finikoudes Beach and very accessible to all restaurants, bars, shopping places. Natalie was very responsive and attentive to what we needed. The apartment felt like home!

It could have included some complementaries. We arrived at midnight and found a bottle of water - we had to go to a convenience store late at night and get coffee, tea, snacks.

Super Hosts, Great Location.

Super location steps away from the beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive to questions and giving help. Room is good size and kitchen very well equipped. New washing machine was super convenient. Conditioners worked perfect. Balcony was good evening sitting place.

The bathroom is a little small and only having window ventilation.

Hi I stay 10 nghts, 4-14 June 2022. The room 404 is big, clean, near the beach. Many restaurants and noise all day and all night. Big balcony, everything you need is there.
