There was nothing not to like, beautiful property, fantastic location. Little touches like milk in the fridge, tea and coffee in the cupboard and even a selection of breakfast cereals. Fantastic host, wonderful location and amazing views of the countryside.
Having to leave.

Location was lovely, very quite and peaceful.
Lovely food items left which was appreciated
Parts were dated and needed replacing, the oven and hob as you could not read the dials ,some of the kitchen doors were worn.

needs a washing machine.

The cottage was small, cosy and warm. It was really well equipped and milk and cereal were left for us on arrival. Good parking spaces. When we did have a problem with the wifi it was sorted out quickly
The location is lovely for a quiet holiday but a car is needed to get to shops etc

We made our on breakfast but used the self catering facilities to do this with the food provided.

Lovely quiet location and a very nice garden area. Cottage was well appointed.
There were too many cushions around which limited the space!! The oven wasn’t secured properly in the cabinet. The kitchen cupboards could have done with a little replanning to make easier use of the corner space by the sink. The contents were tricky to reach especially as a short person.
4.7
Good rural location - very quiet yet close to M42 motorway.
Friendly and helpful owner.
Very comfortable bed
Kitchen needs updating- particularly the oven and hob
4.7
The location the patio was neat and the garden tidy with outside seating. Safe off street parking.
The bathroom was small. Generally needed some maintenance. Extension leads screwed to the wall to provide sockets not very secure. Kitchen cupboard didn't close making awkward closing the fridge.
4.7
Great peaceful location and outside space

Complimentary eggs, milk and breakfast cereal a nice touch. Kitchen very well equipped.
Lack of a small freezer compartment in the fridge, but not a problem really for a 2 night stay.
4.7
Property set in a lovely and quiet location, has everything you need for a lovely relaxing break , bed is very comfortable.
4.7
We found that milk, eggs, breakfast cereals, coffee, tea and orther food items were left for us. This was more than we expected as this is a self-catering booking.
4.7
Everything was fine with this cottage. It was clean bright and warm. Also fully equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
I would definitely visit again and recommend it to others.
Nothing in particular everything was as expected.

The property is small and ideal for a couple looking to stay in the area south of Birmingham . It is very quiet (on a farm) and we were not bothered by any neighbours. The owners were not intrusive but were there if we needed them.
Generally, all was fine and the property was exactly as we would want it to be.
