The in ome and receptionist was perfect,the room was perfect,clean and fresh,the help in the evening on the bar was very bad,the pizzaordering took 45 minutes and was not good baked.That was a pitty in for the rest perefect hotel

My stay is always good, I would give the Ibis 10/10 but for the lack of proper shower towels and there are also no face towels either this hotel for me gets 8/10

Decent budget hotel on the outskirts of Bordeaux. Good trams nearby. There was a rugby match on the night of arrival so very busy. Good restaurant next to the hotal. Staff worked very hard and were fantastic 👏

Check in was extremely long, there was no check in clerk I had to call someone and when someone eventually came he asked us to wait as he was on a long ass call. My wife and I very often choose Ibis as our go to hotel and this hotel was by far the worst we have stayed at, but I suppose you what you pay for

The hotel was a disgrace, the bedding was so thin, and the hotel never had any on site (close) disabled parking, The bathroom was disgraceful only one Bath size towel and two small thread bare hand towels for two adults . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, neither should you.

The room was very very basic with chipped paint. They had a guitar in the reception for anyone to play. Reception was nice!

The room was big and pretty clean but the decor is dated and old. The bathroom is big and seems like it has been updated. They offer free parking but the gated parking lot became full quite early on in the evening. We parked our rental in the non-gated area and it was fine. This hotel is in an industrial area so there’s not much to see around. Next time I will stay closer to town to where all the actions are.

Good location, I had booked for two adults and one child including breakfast only to be told when we checked in that I have to pay for the child’s breakfast, when I said it was already payed for they told me no it wasn’t. The beds I found uncomfortable, we couldn’t open the curtains as it looked over on a bar so not private. I feel the room could of been cleaner. The breakfast was good

The hotel was an easy base for visiting the centre of Bordeaux as the tram stop was very close and a direct route to the centre and if their hadn’t been improvement works direct to the railway station! The bed was very comfortable and the shower very good! Their is a choice of restaurants close by but your regular chains! The restaurant at the Ibis was average by French standards! All in all a very good quiet base for visiting Bordeaux

We asked for 2, single beds, I think due the French blocking road there was 100 -150 police staying in the hotel and thus the demand for singles was high, our bed only had a topper for a mattress, our backs were in agony, unable to sleep due to the noise, normally we confidently book Ibis rouge, very dissapointed

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years. Great access to motorways. Trams on the doorstep to take you into the city. The restaurant is excellent. The staff speak English and are very helpful. Car parking is very secure. All in all a very good experience.

Hotel perfect for short break. Great access to motorway, trams are frequent to take you into Bordeaux. A view of lake from our room, the restaurant is excellent and the food very high quality.

Arrived 3.30pm on our way to Spain, very handy for the motorway network. relaxing having a quiet meal in their restaurant which is excellent very well staffed. Very quiet room and the bed comfortable.

very happy overall with the provided facilities for the price. the bed , bathroom and all facilities provided were clean and very good quality. I was actually very impressed with the comfort and quality of the room for the price. Considering this experience I would definitely look to book with Ibis hotels in the future.

Arrived late in the evening, but no problem - room guaranteed. Basic but comfortable room. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Secure car parking. Food and drink aplenty.

We spent an enjoyable couple of days in Bordeaux - this hotel was ideal as we used the excellent public transport tram to see the sights, and could leave the car throughout our stay in the hotel car park. The hotel was pleasant and clean, and continental breakfast could be purchased at check-in. This hotel more than fulfilled our needs and we would happily stay there again.

I would rate this hotel as excellent for the money except for the fact of the lack of noise insulation in the rooms. We had some very noisy people staying in the room above ours which was quite annoying. Luckily after midnight they went quiet.

The hotel was very nice don't go to the Ibis Budget which you come across first. The "Posh" Ibis is opposite. Hotel was clean rooms comfy staff very nice the area is out of town but the restaurant was well served the night we stayed there is a Casino in a hotel near by you can walk there if you like that sort of thing.
