Proximity to the railway station
Bigger room and more amenities like a bigger refrigerator, cutlery etc. Nothing to clean up with if you made a mess. Coffee mugs old and chipped

The Hurdwick is beautiful, perfect location for Camden and especially for Koko. Our room was lovely, bed was super comfy and shower was great. Everything was soooo clean. Downstairs there's all kinds of teas and coffees and water so you can fill up water bottles. There's a sofa there too and a lovely little outside area with a few chairs out there. We had biscuits left in our room for us and a bottle of water which was nice. We'll definitely return.
I guess it might be nice to have a kettle in the room but it was all downstairs so it really wasn't a hassle. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Sehr gut gelegen
Ein Kissen, dass so dick wie ein Papier war und die U-Bahn ist direkt unter einem. Schlaflose Nacht garantiert.

Bed was comfy and clean
We were down in the basement, right next to the air-conditioning unit which was on all the time, very very noisy and next door was the underground station very noisy, noisy upstairs .all in all we didn't sleep.
Facilities for making drinks in an upstairs room no milk.

Incredibly well located. Room was reasonable size, well kitted out. Bathroom and shower perfect for what I needed. Communication before hand was good and helpful in ensuring I had the information needed ahead of my arrival.
Not something I didn’t like, but I’d just note that being on a moderately busy road in central London does mean there is road noise. It’s not overly intrusive, but the hotel helpfully left ear plugs if you need them.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely room!!

Comfortable bed, convenient location. Didn't hear traffic noise.
Clean.
Nice idea to have a seperate space for guests to sit and the garden area looked OK (too cold for us to use on February)
The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, you couldn't even walk round the bed, you had to sidle around the bottom of it and try not to trip over the television cables. Soundproofing between rooms was very poor, luckily we had quiet neighbours!
No room to put anything away, apart from a small hanging rail.
No staff at all on site.

Great location we had a big room.
I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Near to Camden, clean and quiet enough.
Small bed and lots of stairs.

Great location, walking distance from Camden Market, surrounded by diverse restaurants, and entrance to Underground station practically at our doorstep. Contactless check in and check out but the staff are very responsive to messages.
Room is very small. But layout is well designed so it's still comfortable.

The hotel was in a great Location & ideal for what we needed.
It had a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the room.
In the communal room downstairs it had a ironing board & iron and a fridge and microwave.
It was small but comfortable and had everything we needed.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

cold, noisy and the TV wouldn’t work

The location was nice and close to Camden Market and the tube was almost next door so to get anywhere else was very easy. The staff Iver the phone or via message were super helpful. The room was nice and clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. I liked the booking in system. You arrived and the hotel send you the code to enter the property then they leave your room door open with the key laid on the bed. This saved alot of messing around.
In the mornings the room was very cold and you can't turn a heater on to warm yourself.

Amazing location right on the Northern line literally a few steps from the Mornington station. The area is wonderful with lots of options to eat out. Having stayed in much much smaller rooms in London before, I found the space more than adequate. The self check-in was very easy, the room was very clean and the en suite bathroom was very modern. The bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi worked seamlessly. There was even a TV in the room for those wanting to catch up on the news. The staff communication was wonderfully friendly. They stored my luggage during the day before I was able to check in. Would definitely stay here again for work. Wish they had family rooms so that I could bring my family to stay for family trips.
There was nothing I didn't like but there is no lift and my room was upstairs (so perhaps people with mobility issues would need to keep that in mind). Also, I had a room overlooking the street and if you are a light sleeper or not used to living in a big city with some background noise, this might be a problem.

The room was spacious.
I was on the ground floor first room so I heard everyone coming going.

Convenient location literally next door to Mornington Crescent underground station so very easy to get to on the tube & a great location for visiting Camden Market with a good choice of places to eat only a short walk away.
Will definitely use again if we have to stay in the area again.
Obviously it's a very busy area with traffic outside and the rumble of trains from the tube which is effectively under the property, so if your a light sleeper or like it quiet probably not the best place for you, but didn't bother us as we live in a busy town anyway.

The hotel was a stones throw from the tube station. It was easy to locate and access which served us well as an overnight stay before getting the Eurostar the following morning. The shower was small but acceptable. The bottles of water on arrival was a nice touch. Pillows comfortable and room clean.
We were positioned on the top floor with no lift which was not ideal for 2x week away suitcases! The bed on one side was really uncomfortable - all the springs had gone and it was angled permanently towards the floor as if you could roll out of bed any minute. This has probably happened over time as you cannot access the bed from any other angle due to the tiny box room size (we knew this when booking). Windows were dirty.

Good location, in terms of proximity to Euston. Clean and well presented.
It’s on a main road, so was very noisy. Also noise from the Tube below.

The room was very comfortable. Check in was super easy and well communicated. Location was brilliant. The road outside was quite noisy but otherwise great value for money.
The fridge in the lobby could do with a good clean 😬
8.0 / 10.0
The location is great just two doors away from Mornington Crescent underground station, bars and restaurants on the doorstep and a very short walk to the centre of Camden, London zoo also only a fifteen min walk, the room was small but fine for what we paid, clean with a nice hot shower and comfy bed was all that was needed, would recommend for a couple of nights stay
There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room which although the room is small could be accommodated on a small shelf, there is facilities on the ground floor where you can make a brew but trotting up and down from the third floor at 7am for a brew is a bit of a pain 😂
