Parfaitement situé dans le centre de Toulouse, près du marché des Carmes. Bon petit déjeuner servi dans une pièce très cosy. Personnel très attentionné.

Hotel is very central to touring Toulouse .receptionist staff are so helpful

Friendly & helpful lady at reception. Good location. Good & comfortable bedding etc…

Unfortunately the rooms giving on the street can be very noisy especially early in the morning when the bin people do their rounds… not the end of the world. My partner used ear plugs and was fine about it.

The location is perfect. I love the street rue Croix Baragnon with sp many beautiful boutiques in the heart of the vieux Toulouse . It’s safe, calm, and full of old charm.

After my first night i asked for a better room and they were nice enough to arrange this… super friendly staff and owner

the hotel is in a fantastic neighborhood, very close to a lot of restaurants and sights, but at the same time on a quiet street.

i pretty much was happy with everything… just be aware there is no elevator.

Perfect location, in the centre of the city but really quiet. The rooms were very clean and the reception was really helpful : ) Great for a short stay.

It was all great! For the price it was excellent value for money. A little cheeky but would have loved it if they'd had some free filter coffee available - sometimes places do and would have been nice to have sipped it on the balcony. Really only a tiny detail, the stay was great!

Dangerous elements!

Our hallway was pitch dark. You couldn’t hardly find the light switch button. There was a step right outside our room door, that you couldn’t see without a light on. My husband had a terrible fall leaving the room with his suitcase. He’s in terrible pain and will have to see a doctor. At the very least he probably broke several ribs. The light should go on automatically like it does in other hallways in this pension.

The staff was darling and really wanted us to be happy. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Decent place for a short stay

The reception was nice, helpful and spoke English well. The room was adequate, clean enough. I just needed a place for the night to go the airport the next day so it filled that purpose.

The area had a weird vibe, seems like a lot of college kids having a frat party or something, very loud, scooters and mopeds whizzing by, large packs of young people, just not my scene.

Great location for exploring Toulouse

The hotel is in an older part of Toulouse - very close to St Etienne's, ideal for exploring the City. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a great shower. The hotel team are friendly and approachable, and the hotel has a home from home feel. Breakfast is a continental breakfast and you book in advance

Ideally located to visit the city centre, the hotel was exactly what we needed. They arranged for us to be able to arrive late in the evening after we landed and gave us local recommendations for the day after. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable.

Only one little detail really, there wasn't bottled water or a kettle with tea or coffee. Everything else was great.

A great central hotel with friendly and welcoming staff

I booked this hotel for my parents who were visiting Toulouse for an overnight stay. They had many great things to say about the hotel, especially the central location and particularly about how Claire at reception went above and beyond to make sure they had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thanks Claire for looking after my parents (Wayne and Marcelle from Melbourne) and being so friendly and welcoming!
