Very clean and friendly staff
I was disappointed with sea view that we had
3.0
This experience did not meet my expectations at all .
I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The photos on Booking.com are very misleading. The website shows a hotel with a beautiful location and sea view. My room head a small window like storage room, overlooking a neighboring roof. To make things worse, I found ants in the room, which is unacceptable hygiene even for a two-star hotel.
10.0
Stunning hotel. Everything has been thought about.
Location perfect. Food amazing, staff super friendly. Great pool and bar area.
I didn’t mind it but there are lots of steps so if you have limited mobility it may be more tricky- there are lifts to assist with some of the stairs
9.0
Location and décor exceptional
Only thing was the pool wasn’t open until 9-30am
This precluded use before breakfast
Saying that the beach only 10 mins walk allowed for breathtaking morning swims
5.0
Design and architecture of resort
Food was awful, service very average. It’s a package tour destination and should be sold as that, not a boutique upmarket hotel.
8.0
The hotel was clean and tidy and in a nice setting and in easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The bus stop for the main town was nearby.
The bar prices were very expensive and over priced and the bar food wasn't that great. You cannot sit by or use the pool until 09.30 which is no good if you are an early starter or want a swim before breakfast.
The ant infestation around our plunge pool and patio was off-putting hence we went to the beach every day.
Every time we returned in the late afternoon the cleaner had left the patio door wide open and we had a gate leading to car park. Not very secure....There was only one English speaking TV channel on the room TV but multiple French, German and others and considering most of the guests were English we were not catered for in respect to the TV.
Although the staff were helpful and friendly, the guy who looks after the breakfast room was miserable and impolite for whole week. No good mornings, just a grunt and the same if you needed any help. One last comment is if you have mobility issues you may find the stairs and the walk down to the road an issue. Although there is a lift don't expect it to save you from having to use stairs.

This Unique Hotel Has it All ....
Wonderful Sea Views/Wonderful Outside Areas to swim/sit soak up the sun/beautiful views. Taverna/Poolside Bar. Selection of Common rooms.
I have Visited/Stayed Three Times at The Atrium (pre Covid Restrictions)
Have loved it ever since my first visit ...
Big Shout Out to The Staff at The Atrium....Dionysus and The Team
Obviously since my last visit there are lots of new faces "to me".
The Office Staff/Restaurant/Taverna/Catering/ Bar/Porter and Ground Staff all.
They are very all welcoming, obliging, helpful. (trained and well chosen staff)
..............................
Selection of Room Choices:
Our Superior Twin Stunning Sea View Room
The beds were super comfortable meaning we slept well indeed.
Furnishing, fitments were all very "on trend" minimalistic but accommodating every need.
The en-suite was "very slick"...once again "on trend" allowing you to freshen up/shower/great mirrors for shaving/applying make-up. Our rooms were cleaned daily.....fresh towels and linen where needed and when asked for. Great service given by the cleaning lady...Thanks
.................
Breakfast was available over a long period for those who are not early "eaters"/"risers".
Breakfast Buffet included a large, good quality selection of choice food/breakfast items. From breakfast cereals.... croissants and a range of bakery bread rolls/sliced etc... Toasting machine
Salad items with hams and chesses. Cooked Breakfast items : A selection of hot traditional Greek pies which l can personally say were delicious. Yogurt that you could add your own "fresh fruits"/nuts/dried fruits...too. The "usual choice of breakfast drinks" were available...with different variations available. A Range of Teas/Coffee's....
Nothing Not to like.....This hotel ticks all the "boxes" for me.
It has it all.... Being "what l term as a Unique Hotel... Sitting up High from the road...the views are amazing

beautiful Greek authenticity with kind & attentive staff

It was very nice, we had a great view from our room/balcony. The pool area is so beautiful and quiet, perfect to relax and you also have a great view and a bar which serves good coffee directly to your sunbed. Also the breakfast was good with a lot of variety.
You have to walk a little bit to the next bus station, but it's not that bad. We couldn't get a good breakfast on our last morning because we had to catch a flight so they prepared a plate with just cheese, ham and a piece of cake.

Great location, friendly staff.
If I was being picky. No draught beer.

Location was good. Staff very helpful and attentive. Thomas at the pool bar had a lovely, helpful manner.
Firstly, the lift was out of order one day. For anyone suffering from a heart condition or asthma this made access to the restaurant quite difficult. We did mention to restaurant staff on several occasions that the buffet food was not hot and was not always replaced when dishes were empty resulting in empty dishes on display. Bathroom door did not fit closely (not faulty, just the design) this prevented any sort of privacy. However, the shower was very spacious

some of the communal rooms were characterful. unfortunately many of the main areas were soleless, for example the bedrooms and the pool /bar area.
it is however by a lovely beech.
we found our room (411) disappointing. it was a superior room with private pool and sea view. neither our pool area or balcony were private. we could see directly into the pool of the room below and the bar area could see into our pool. the staff quarters were also alongside our pool area and these were noisy and busy. the fire escape door accessed our pool area and there was also a fire route out of the back of the pool area, so again privacy and security felt compromised. we had a large tree by the pool that shed leaves and seedlings into the pool at all times, as such it wasn’t appetising to swim in.
breakfast was average.

Nice room
Attractive hotel
Staff very friendly
Good location
Beds very comfortable
Excellent about my sons peanut allergy
Breakfast poor .. coffee terrible .. fruit not great.. cereal stuck together
Restaurant area very hot.
People saving Loungers around the pool and then not using the traffic noise from the road very loud
Pool very very chlorinated
Hotel does not have a spot on the beach

Location. Quite and nice place.
Cleaning of room/bath/towels and linen can be improved.

position
our air conditioner didn’t work and they wouldn’t/couldn’t fix it. Too hot at night. Not comfortable in summer.
5.0
the location is absolutely beautiful. the views from the pool area are out of the world.
The air conditioning kept dripping.
receptionist could not obtain correct information as I put a cash deposit on hotel pool towels that I was assured I would get back on last day but when I got to reception they said I paid by card and I waiting 30 minutes for them to rectify their mistake. they had incorrect bank details stapled to my room number and eventually gave me back my 20 euros in cash.
Only one satellite channel ‘bbc news’
terrible WiFi only worked outside grounds of hotel
families were claiming sun loungers with towels and then would disappear for hours while people are waiting to go on them. the life guard by pool would not do anything unless told to. not proactive.

The hotel was of a very interesting design
From a personal perspective, I found the hotel very corporate and lacking the warm, relaxed atmosphere that I value in Greek hospitality.. However and without question, staff were attentive and polite.

Nice hotel !
3€ for Espresso at the breakfast …??!! Nope that’s not so good

The property is situated in front of the sea so the view is just amazing. Nature everywhere and the pool is very large.
Overall the covid response is good, but there’s a few misses in the organization.

We had a Junior Suite with a private pool on the 4th floor. The location of the hotel is just 20 mins from Skiathos airport, we hired a car but buses are frequent. The hotel set on hillside with the most amazing views. We were welcomed by Maria on reception who was absolutely fabulous, a tour of the hotel facilities and left with a refreshing welcome drink by the main pool to take in the views. The beach is just over the main road. The walk a bit precarious but we found walking a few mins further down the road to the beach car park was a lot better. Straight onto the beach. We were half board which was hassle free. Lovely fresh breakfast. Evening meals were always a fantastic selection and themed nights of culinary delights. You don’t have to book so you can go into town for meals whenever. Our room had everything we needed. Wine, water and fresh fruit to welcome us. Clean, comfortable and cool. Air conditioning worked a treat. Fridge for water and drinks. Our room and pool/garden was cleaned everyday by a lovely housekeeper, always refreshed our towels and left my daughters pyjamas and teddy sweetly folded on her pillow everyday. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, all the staff at the Atrium Hotel. As we had a pool of our own we did not use the main pool but it was always pristine, lovely sun loungers and beanbags around the pool. Beach bar open all day and although we did not have lunch it always smelt delicious.
You are left to your own devices if you want to be but the staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them when you need them. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Lots of quiet areas to relax in. Amazing views. Friendly guests and brilliant staff.
I will certainly be visiting again. We asked about availability of rooms as we left!!!
Absolutely nothing!
