Breakfast excellent.
No seating in reception area for a drink. All seats were taken. Only place was a sofa in the corner near the bar with no table. Uncomfortable seating in bedroom.

The property was in a beautiful location. Although we had booked months in advance we still got a view of a roof and not the lake view we booked with booking .com . We stayed two nights and asked about a view for the second night . Receptionist wasn’t very solution based or costumer friendly . Told to come back tomorrow and she’ll see if she could accommodate us. It would have been nice to get a call in the morning to see if we wanted to move to a room with a view . Would have been a nice touch … but it didn’t happen . Didn’t want to chase them down .
The dinner service was very poor. Younger staff give off the impression you were an inconvenience to them. None of them looked like they wanted to be there . Lack of leadership and direction on the floor . Waited for desert menu but was forgotten about on the first night . Desert was 35/40 minutes coming out the second night. Floor staff lacked costumer service. Sorry guys

Location and vastness of the property
Breakfast was not up to scratch. The hotel should not offer a late sitting if they are not going to provide enough food for that late sitting. Whatever was left over was sitting under the heaters all morning and had dried up. Breakfast staff were not helpful, I felt a sense of tension amongst them

Our dinner was nice and the location is great. Breakfast and Dinner and reception staff were very nice.
We dont feel the room was worth £220 which is what we paid. It was comfortable and clean but definitely no wow factor considering the price. The shower wasn't even that hot. Didn't call reception to complain as it was as we were getting ready to leave and there wouldn't have been time for the staff to arrange for warmer water before we had to check out. Our main complaint is witnessing the very unpleasant manner in which bar managerial staff dealt with their team. My husband was horrified as he seen a couple of members of bar staff being spoken to in a very demeaning manner. A female manager berated a male member of staff as she asked him where he was and to always tell her where he was going. Even if he wasn't performing to standard, having it out on the bar floor in front of customers is unacceptable and certainly her tone wasn't how a manager should speak to staff. The same female manager was barking orders to all staff and all staff were clearly on edge and even seemed scared. My husband then overheard a male manager speak to waiting staff in a very demeaning way. The waiting staff had asked him when he was getting a break (my husband had been watching this member of staff clearly working hard and getting tasks achieved before asking). The manager responded you aren't getting a break until you clear all this up (meaning clearing of glasses). Who speaks to staff like that? It was disgusting and was very upsetting to see someone being treated that way. I would suggest that some internal investigation is done as to how the bar team are being managed and spoke to. No one should have to put up with being spoken to like a bold child and treated that way.

We loved every second of our stay. It was our 11th wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday, so we decided to have a night away.
On arrival, we went to book in and found that we had been upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. Our room was amazing, large, clean and over looking the gardens and water of lough Erne.
We wondered through the hotel, saying hello to the ever so polite staff, we found the bar area and decided to have a cocktail (well, it was a special occasion, lol)
Bar staff were great and quickly knocked up a delicious strawberry daiquiri. One of 4 we had.
We met my parents for an evening meal, we were brought to our table by a young chap who again was very polite and we were seated next to the window over looking the gardens and water.
We ordered our food, and when it arrived, we definitely were not disappointed. Hot, tasty, and looked great on the plate.
The waiting staff were very attentive, asking if everything was OK at the right times.
After a great night's sleep in such a large comfy bed, we headed for breakfast, having a nice warm, smiling good morning from reception.
We were greeted at the entrance of the restaurant and brought to our seats and told to help ourselves at the buffet breakfast.
We were very pleased to see a wide range to choose from, well laid out, continuously topped up and counters wiped and most importantly very very tasty.
We would like to thank all the staff for a wonderful stay.
In the gardens, the hotel had the robotic grass cutters doing their stuff. Maybe moving forward, they could be put away during the day with kids running around as we noticed young children messing around with them, pushing them down the embankment towards the water.
We also noticed on the patio a lot of receipts and paper napkins on the floor. Maybe going forward, the staff could be trained to pick up litter as they go about their work clearing tables, etc.
Maybe a member of staff who can serve cocktails be at the bar at all times as there was a kerfuffle finding someone to make them, and making sure the ice buckets and drinks garnishes are topped up, tidying bar tops so senior staff doesn't have to tell staff off in front of customers.

Beautiful setting overlooking the water, large modern rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff. The dinner was good hearty food served fast and reasonable. Breakfast was good. Coffee maker, tea, snacks and water all good and provided in the room. Had a head and shoulder massage at the fantastic spa as it was excellent- gym and pool looked great too!
The pillows were awful- lumpy and hard… small double bed and a single bed on the side. No air conditioner so room got hot, though there was a fan in the cupboard.
