City trip

La localización a 5 minutos a pie de la catedral y la estación y de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Habitación simple pero limpia y confortable. Buenas ventanas para aislar del ruido. Personal amable.

Precio un poco caro para lo que ofrece. Baño limpio pero minúsculo. No tiene frigorífico ni caja fuerte. El desayuno es correcto sin más le faltan cosas frescas. El wifi era muy molesto porque desoues de cada utilización tenias que volver a entrar numéro usuario y contráela impresos en letras minúsculas en un papel que te dieron. En una estancia de 12 horas tuve que conectarme 4 o 5 veces . Tendrían que cambiar esto.

Just a really nice and quaint hotel and in a very nice location. Price was very reasonable!

Reception staff were awesome!! I arrived a bit early and they worked to get me checked in to a room. Very friendly and helpful also. Great location and easy walk to and from the Hauptbahnhof. Close to all the Kristkindlmarkts and restaurants. Only a 2 minute walk to the Brauhaus FRÜH am Dom.

Great value for money, perfect location, acceptable amenities

Good enough for a comfortable city break

Location was excellent, very close to the Cathedral. Room was quite comfortable.

Elevator was very narrow and looked quite old. When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception. The phone number listed at the reception was not answered by anyone. We had to check the website of the hotel, in order to get an alternate phone number , so we could ask somebody to give us the room key.

Rude staff

clean, quite comfortable and a good location

I foolishly disregarded all the reviews saying staff on the desk were very rude. I did not realise that having a proprietor who behaves like Basil Fawlty would be so upsetting. He clearly dislikes having customers and was sneering and patronising beyond anything I have encountered. The hotel does not answer the telephone link provided on Booking.Com and does not read or reply to the email system on Booking.Com which I have always found to work fine everywhere else. The rudeness and ridicule I received blighted the whole visit.

Very good

I'd give location a 10. It's very convenient. The guy at reception was very friendly and helpful. He was able to arrange a packed breakfast as I was leaving early.

The rooms are old and can use an upgrade.

Satisfactory for a two-day stay.

It was very near the Cathedral and railway station. And plenty of restaurants nearby.

I made a mistake in the booking and ended up paying much more than I had budgeted for, for a double room; Iwas a solo traveller. But there was no consolation in the size of the room: it was without doubt the smallest double room I have ever stayed in. I asked to see a single room, which were tiny (though at least cheaper).

No electric jug in room Breakfast supplies not replenished Tried to charge ' local tax' on check out . Bathroom basin drain was almost completely blocked Website photos misrepresented facilities

Location was great. close to railway station and cathedral shops, pubs , and restaurants close by. the manager was very friendly and helpful

Location was fantastic - right next to the Cathedral. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of quality foods. Staff were polite and friendly.

Beds were low quality and uncomfortable. Room was unbearably hot. Cleanliness could be better. Previous guests half eaten food left in fridge.

close to the Dome / Cathedral andMain Train Station and to many shops in the old city in a pedestrian zone- so very little traffic noise.

Friendly Staff. Excellent location.

The only thing was that our room had no air-conditioning and it was super warm.
