Locatie excelenta in apropierea garii de tren si autogarii de autobuze. Mic dejun bun, cafea excelenta! Distanta scurta pana in zona pietonala centrala - maxim 20 minute de mers pe jos.
Aerul conditionat facea doar "ventilatie", nu racea aerul....

Desayuno aceptable.

Location of the hotel is great, near the main railway station.
The surrounding of the hotel seems to be not very safe, especially during night hours.

Requested for 2 days cancellation before deadline but was not accepted by hotel resulting in 2 days extra payment

The staff was extremely pleasant and the room was clean. Bedding was changed daily. Breakfast good - choice of cereal, cake, pastries, fruit, jams, bread, cheese and ham - but the free coffee as part of it was terrible.
The mattress was uncomfortable and had a large dent in the middle. The air conditioning cooled the room a little bit, but not much. The view from the window was of a building wall. No kettle or fridge in the room. Overall it's definitely a hotel with its glorious time behind it.

very close to the train station, so good option if you arrive late. 2 minutes far away. the room was big enough. staff is super friendly.
the area close to the station is always strange. a lot of migrants, dark, not pleasant. the bathroom was ok, but there was unpleasant smell. the quality of the hotel was good many years ago. room price is high.

Very close to the main railway station, friendly staff.
Old and outdated furniture and design, looks like a hotel from the 70-80's. The breakfast also very basic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was charming and friendly. He was very lovely. One thing I regret was not asking his name. All I know is that he had nice eyes. Also, the housekeepers and maintenance person were really helpful. I needed an extra pillow because I have arthritis and they gave me a super amazing memory foam pillow. The breakfast was simple and light which I like. The croissants were delicious and the coffee was really good because you could make your own cappuccinos and Americanos, etc. The location was perfect, only minutes by foot to reach any of the landmarks and attractions. I was there to do some photography and I have quite a heavy camera so I didn't have to haul it around too far.
My room was a little too hot. I asked the maintenance man to turn it down and he did what he could to make my room more comfortable. I think in Italy, the gas is controlled and on some timer? It was January so the heat is on, it is to be expected. I'm from Canada, so anything above 5 degrees Celsius is warm. LOL. Anyway, I ended up opening my window which was nice because I like fresh air. The hotel is near the train station so there was a lot of street noise and riff raff from people on the street, but I'm from a big city so that didn't bother me too much, in fact, it made it more interesting. Another thing I didn't like was that I forgot to ask the name of the nice looking man at the front desk.

Location was perfect, right next to the bus and train stations. Good breakfast with lots of coffee etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price!
Room was a bit small. No orange juice at breakfast!

2 star hotel.
The best thing is the location, 2 minutes walk from the train station.
As I understand it, travelers choose it because of this.
The hotel is very old: plumbing, furniture, walls.
A big MINUS - the walls are very thin, and the guests are talking very LOUDLY in the corridor: you can hear how they are carrying suitcases and talking loudly.
They SMOKE in the living room, it smells bad of cigarettes in the room too, although it is written that smoking is not allowed.
Of course, it shouldn’t be like this, someone can’t stand tobacco smoke, someone wants to relax after the road, and at night they especially want to be silence.
Breakfast is normal, only for a snack, no hot food.
The STAFF IS GOOD AND KIND, though many don't speak English.
In general, everything is fine, but you NEED TO STRIVE FOR COMFORTFOR THE GUEST
I hope you read this information and make your own conclusions, thank you!
