Loved this hotel. Our friends from Buenos Aires described it as having a "jungle" vibe, which it did...and we loved it! It felt very much in the natural setting of Iguazu. We liked that it was relatively close to the airport, as well as other attractions in the area. The front desk was professional, the common areas and restaurants were beautiful. We saw a monkey in the morning! The dining options were great! Would definitely return. Our friends had a room with a hot tub on the deck; we had a triple in the main complex that had a huge soaking tub and a separate shower. Lots of room in the bathroom and the sleeping area.
Not much. It was excellent all-around.

the hotel is brilliant. Very modern, clean and comfortable. the stuff is pleasant and helpful.
The wifi is very weak and slow. There are some places in the room where I was not able to catch the signal.

The staff were very nice, the location and common areas are quite interesting
$340 a night is about 4x more than it's worth, more like $80 a night maximum . . $19 for an aperol Spritz at the pool bar Very old and poorly maintained, the hotel needs a total makeover. The breakfast is very limited, in tropical area but very few fruits. The owners and managers should travel to Europe and see how luxury is done, if they wish to charge such prices. Also the pool is constantly dirty, broken tiles, broken wood decking. Rooms are dark, damp, and smell of mildew and humidity. Poor quality thin towels.

The property was nice, but I paid a really high price, the bathroom is not that great, also breakfast was not nice either, for how much this hotel charges, everything was supposed to be extremely nice.
Bathroom, air conditioner wasn’t working, the bathtub wasn’t working that great, also the breakfast wasn’t perfect either

Great location, fabulous pool facilities, towel service, tiki bar and amazing breakfast
SOME (not all) restaurant staff were not customer focused and food/drink service was inconsistent.

The pool area is quite lovely and surrounded by nature which is impressive.
The hotel maintenance is absolutely awful, rooms are kept in bad condition, curtain rods are broken, I had a spot light fall on my head in my room (staff didn't even apologize), found a tampon wrapper under my bed, no attention to customers, it almost felt like we were disturbing the badly trained staff. This is FAR from a 5* establishment, it's at best 4* and most likely closer to 3.5*. The staff's default position for any request was "no". Guests clearly have no importance to them. There was never a time when staff came to us to ask if we needed anything at the pool, we had to move our own heavy wooden sun beds at the pool, no one even tried to help. And the list goes on and on.

we had a villa so we were away from any guest noises unless we were in common areas.
the restaurant food was barely edible; stale rolls, frozen croquettes, bland breakfast offerings and cat food quality tuna in the Mediterranean salad and tuna sandwich. The food was awful but the staff and lodging was wonderful.

pool was great but some guests behaved lewdly
the staff made sure we had transportation everywhere.

Friendly staff, great location in the middle of the forest, beautiful pool, can recommend a massage
Food isn't great/outstanding, we asked the staff at the reception to book a taxi to the airport (around 5 AM) and taxi didn't show up, even though we double checked with reception 20 minutes before departure. Pool area is too small for the amount of people staying there
6.0
The pools, the surroundings, the spacious room
Problem with the credit card payment at check-out, machines not working. I had to leave my credit card information with the staff, who later processed the payment twice. It has been weeks since I reported the issue (on the same that the charges appeared on my credit card statement) and the hotel is refusing to recognize the double charge and not processing the refund.
Remote, no other option than to eat and drink on site. No way to pay in $US at the real (street) exchange rate.

The main atraction was by far the pool, which was huge and comfortable, but it was the only strong point of the hotel besides the natural jungle surrounding the place.
The attention from the staff was really unpolite, and unprofessional. The service at the bar beside the pool was awful, they took hours to finally come and take your order. Also the ladys traeted me and my friend as if we werent staying there, as if they had a problem with us, it was a really weird 3 day vibe.

It would be great to have a heated pool option. Beautiful pool we couldn't use as it was not warm
