- Breakfast!!!!! Amazing! Sooooooo much fresh fruit, sooooo many pastries, they had almond milk for people who can't have dairy (like me!), toast, etc.
- Dinner: You can have dinner at the hotel as the hotel is a bit far from the city (about a 10 min taxi ride or a 30-40 min walk). The menu is okay, prices are reasonable, and the food was quite yummy.
- Location: Next to many other hotels. There are a few small shops behind the hotel, where you can get like water, essentials etc. It's also near an animal sanctuary (not to be confused with the one in Brazil) and the House of Bottles (Casa de Botellas, MUST SEE!). The city, falls, airport are all taxi rides away!
- Clean: The floor could have done with more hoovering but overall it was okay! A little bit noisy at night as cars can start beeping at like 5am.. I guess some people rush to get to the falls or cross the border, etc.
- Staff: Really easy to organise tours. We had someone who drove us to the Argentina falls, picked us up, drove us into the city etc. Very easy to organise, reasonably priced, and very welcoming and friendly.
- Facilities: We didn't use them as we stayed in July (Winter) but they have massages, spa, swimming pool etc.
- Some of the staff in the restaurant could be a bit more friendly and smile. 😅

The place is nice quite good to go for a vacation is in the middle from the falls of the side in Argentina and the side of Brasil
The phone wasn't working the pushed out ticket and they couldn't help us to call the airline
Is a nice hotel not a five star

The staff and service makes up for the hotel. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade in finishes. I see that it has the potential of being great and I am sure it was in it’s hay day but now it needs tons of love.
Finishes need to be upgraded and bathrooms require new shower fixtures

Breakfast is a buffet with several things: fruits, breads, egg, coffee, ham and cheese. I think was excellent.
Nothing. I think it was OK

Not a lot but the pool area looked nice but we didn't have time to use
The twin room was a larger double made up of two 2'6beds & the other twin a single 2'6 bed. Hotel is a old hotel & needs updating there was also a smell either on the beds or the patterned throws

Very clean and good decor. The restaurant staff was very helpful in finding us vegetarian options when we arrived for a late lunch and later for a dinner. Good location on the edge of town. Bus stop is right at the gate.
Breakfast was good.
It felt like the room they gave us was not used for some time. The bath area looked like it could use some maintenance. Hot water and water pressure ran out when my wife was in the shower but was rectified in 10-15 minutes.

The hotel is really nice and the facilities what I did noticed is the lack of friendliness from the staff they don’t seem willing to go the extra mile I wrote to them several times before my arrival regarding if I could leave my luggage at the hotel before check in and their reply was poor and never answered my question which I found it quite rude and a lack of professionalism and that should not be happening
Friendlier staff with a better response

Alberto from the tour desk was very nice!! He drove us from and to the airport, and the same with the Iguazu park. The reception people were very kind. The hotel has a big garden behind it, very beautiful green surronding.
The pools are not working, there is one jacuzzi & spa and you have to book your spot at least one day in advance, and it's only for one hour. They said there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but they didn't mention it costs money, only when I asked the hotel about it they mentioned the cost.

The location is on the road to Cataratas. About 20 min. There’s a bus stop in front of the hotel. When you return, please tell the driver to drop you off in the stop of the jewelry shop “Productores Mineros” because there’s no path to cross the road in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. Natalia gave me a plug adapter because I forgot to bring the Argentinian adapter. Thank you.
Breakfast starts at 7am, which is late if you want to arrive early to Cataratas or if you have a morning flight. Breakfast doesn’t have many options and doesn’t include eggs. If you want eggs, you have to pay additionally. Beverages should be identified. The dishes are very small, can fit only 1 bread or cake slice. Safety box didn’t work. The hot water didn’t work very good, it was a bit chilly. I consider that paying 350$ for 3 nights it’s expensive and I waited more for this price.
