Gratificante

La comida tanto en la cena como en el desayuno para mí gusto le faltaba un poco más de variedad pero en general bastante bien. La ubicación excelente, cerca de una avenida con muchas tiendas para visitar, supermercados cerca y el burger king. El paseo marítimo a 3 calles.

Por ser 4 estrellas le falta un poco de reforma y el buffet un poco más de variedad, lo demás todo bien

Muy bonito,muuuuy limpio y cómodo

Solo un apunte,me llamo la atención,cosa que me incomodó mucho que un camarero me avergonzó diciendo que no diera con la moneda en el mostrador,cosa que solo hice por inercia un segundo,pasando vergüenza ante mi hija.Fue bastante incómodo ya que tengo mucha educación.

parking payant 90 euros juste barrieres au sol a cotés des places de la rue gratuite (arnaque)

qualité prix les chambres et repas bien il y a un système de pret de serviette de plage gratuit

nous n'avons pas eu de chance pendant 4 jours séjour évangéliste avec les gens du voyages je vous laisse deviner.le soir aucune activités c'est triste mais très très bruyant notre chambre donnait sur des immeubles pas très jolis la vue il n'y en a pas j'oublie les petit déjeuner et diner nous les avons fait rapidement c'etait pire que la cantine d'un collège ha j'oubliais le parking dans la rue seulement petite barriere qui se lève pour 6 jours 90 euros belle arnaque

UZAS! Najgore iskustvo!

Priiatan boravak u hotelu. Osoblje iz restorana je bilo jako ljubazno i dostupno za sve. Imali smo polu pansion, od toga dorucak je bio uvek isti dok je vecera bila raznovrsna i bogata. Voce, kafa i cedjeni sok (samo za dorucak) i voda sa aparata se ne naplacuje dok ako narucite vino, pivo ili flasiranu vodi to se dodatno doplacuje sto je sasvim korektno. Sto se buke tice nismo imali problem. Jedino se cuje komsija pored kada koristi toalet. Sve ostalo je bilo okej

VAZNO! Najnesigirnija stranica za rezervaciju smestaja definitivno. Profesionalnost bookinga velika 0! Ono sto mi se nije dopalo nema veze sa hotelom ali ni sam hotel mi nije izasao u susret da mi pomogne sa obrazlozenjem da oni nemaju veze sa tim i ako su direktni partneri sa bookingom a to je PRONEVERA od strane bookinga. Naplaceno nam je duplo za isti smestaj. Objasnjenje bookinga je da su mene hakovali i da ne mogu puno da ucine, dali su mi rok 48h i e evo proslo je mesec dana od toga i nema odgovora. Problem je prijavljen i banci. Da naglasim da su hakeri imali pristup svim mojim privatnim podacima koje sam ostavila booking stanici prilikom rezervacije ( period boravka, hotel, imena, prezimena, licne podatke) cak su imali i broj rezervacije sto je jako poverljiva informacija i pristup booking aplikaciji na osnovu cega ja nisam sumnjala da se radi o prevari i gde mi je dva dana pre aranzmana naknadno naplacen isti smestaj. Postoje dosta izjava na internetu i do strane korisnika i od stane novinarskih portala da booking trenutno ima "tehnickih problema" sa placanjem hotelima, kao i problem sa takozvanim fisingom zbog cega se trenutno vodi istrazivanje sto potvrdjuje da problem nije bio do korisnika vec do bookinga. Iskreno najgore iskustvo i verovatno poslednji put da idem preko bookinga. 0 preporuka.

Nice facilities in general and staff, especially the cleaners and people at the restaurant

The internet doesn't work The buffet is overcrowded. The stations do not cover the large amount of people there. Very uncomfortable experience in most of the meals. Air conditioning is off at night from 11am to 8am.

Good hotel, would stay again.

Good location 10-15 minute walk from lloret town and beach and 3 minute walk to fenals beach. Easy check in friendly staff, rooms were small but big enough for all you use them also very clean and serviced everyday. Nice pool area, gym and spa. Plenty of sunbeds but make sure to get down before 10am to get one.

Wasn't fussed on the food breakfast was the best meal nice pastries, pancakes and fruit the cooked options weren't the best but other people seemed to enjoy them just not what we are used to in the UK which is fine. Desert options at dinner were amazing it's the only thing we had at dinner time as it was a lot of fish and meat on the bone. Snack bar was hit and miss always pizza, chips and pasta (which was cold and crunchy) then a fish and chicken option. Have to pay for the fridge in the room which I find ridiculous it's there and it's on but it's locked so why make people pay €3.60 PER DAY to use it? It's the only thing that really annoyed me about this hotel.

Too many people The hotel don't provide towels for the swimming pool The food was not great The hotel is old new a renovation The food need more variety as it was tasteless I don't agree that u have to paid extra for drinks The spa was full and people don't respect the 15 minutes use they stay there for hours It's definitely a 2 start hotel and not a 4 start

The place was clean. The room were ok but the constant light outside on the balcony was really bright. The food was good and thanks to Angel in the restaurant for making our experience a better one

Staff friendly .

As a 4 star hotel we expected much more . There was no anything for kids like kids club or any activities or play ground , but there is saying that they there . No entertainments on evenings . Food just average. Every day same food tasteless and no option for kids . No hot drinks available for lunch or dinner . You have to pay even for water . Ridiculous. The true is rooms quiet clean , but stink from toilets - absolutely disgusting . Air condition doesn’t work at all .

In HB option during dinners drinks are paid (including water) what I found pretty unpleasand, sometimes before entering dining room we needed to wait in queue Swimming poole could be more clean.

Nice staff. Busy hotel. Pool area well kept. Lifeguards were nice and very professional. Rooms nice, clean, a bit outdated. Cleaning staff are very hardworking. Charging for fridge, safe, lets itself down for a 4 star rating. I think that this hotel is heading for a three star rating in the near future.

The food was in general, not very good at all. Sittings too short to accommodate the number of guests who had to queue sometimes. The management needs to revisit their entire restaurant menu

Poor, over rated hotel and staff with attitude.

Food was plentiful - warm at best but that's the only positive I have for the Hotel

Made to feel like second class citizen, all inclusive people served drinks in plastic cup, paying guess served in glasses. No support from reception, no time tables for local trains and buses, no iron??. You can only have coffee at breakfast - no sue of pool bar or any bar if all inclusive - only got served from on 1, 2 meter counter. Spa was laughable - pool the size of a large bath very little gym equipment. 4* - you have to be joking - never again. Joke of a hotel, couldn't wait to leave.
