Good location, friendly staff

Very central location with own parking available. We had the king room for our family of 4 (3 and 5 yo) and fhat was perfect.

Maybe the reception can have a more modern look and the smell of bacon in the hallway in the morning is somewhat overwhelming 😀 but the bacon and eggs have an excellent taste!

Very convenient place to stay, with unexpected bonus.

Good breakfast and wifi. Free light evening meal was an unexpected bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and were allowed straight in to our room, which was upgraded from our original booking.

Curtains let too much early morning light in. Hotel entry door unusually small, and not obvious (minor issue).

Great place! Value for money with extra service!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and super helpful! We had such a great stay, comfy, city center and very delicious breakfast! The service from the staff was perfect! Anything she could fix, she tried and was honest and open! She gave us that little-cherry - on top service feeling!!

Upstairs neighbours were a bit loud in the middle of the night, but otherwise great sleep!

The view to the bay is fantastic. Lady at reception very helpfull and nice to talk. There is an option to have sandwitch and stew for free(!) if you are not about to go out for dinner.

the nicest hotel staff and a great location in the very center

Very nice staff, both at the reception and in the kitchen. Rooms clean and comfortable. But the most pleasant was the smile and the willingness to help and the kindness of the employees.

great stay with good breakfast

receptionists were all friendly and making an extremely effort to make guest stay a better one.

the pool is away from the main building and during beginning of winter chilly to walk between buildings

Central and nice hotell with kind and engaged personell

Very close to city center with nice personell, breakfast was nice and as i expected.

No air-condition and it will be quite hot inside a warm day.

Overall, very good stay for the money. Nice staff and nice location. Easily accessible.

The breakfast was a pretty standard Nordic Breakfast. Nothing special, but still good.

The floor in the room is wood so it gets marks quite easily. also the walls in the bathroom were a bit old looking.

Great find!

Great location, right downtown. Extra bonus was the dinner that was incl. In price.

The hallways were a bit worn down, but also gave it a bit of character ;)

Only the essentials

The superior room was really big, with a sofa a tv, a desk and a small table and the bed double was comfortable; very nice staff, room cleaned (even though you have to ask the day before to have it cleaned). Good location, really in the center and nearby every major restaurant, the shopping center and the supermarket.

Breakfast very poor, only marmalade as a sweet option; very few salty options. For sure not international breakfast. The gym affiliated is very bad, very old machines, very dirty, basically not usable. Furniture, reception and common areas a bit old

Felt very welcome and 'home'. Great!

I had tried to book a hotel I had stayed before but due to Covid it was closed / visitors were transferred to this hotel. At arrival I was told that a free meal was offered to all visitors, also I got a free parking space for my car. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful.

As explained to the very kind lady at the reception: please provide less complicated instructions for the use of wifi :o)
