晚上停電1次，半夜停電2次，淋浴水壓太弱，跟服務員講，也沒表示歉意，主打四星級，價格四星級，設備反應不出四星級該有的水準！

Very rude manager & no sleep - very disappointing!

The air conditioning in the room turned off when the lights were turned off so we got no sleep Asked for maintenance at reception - man came but didn’t fix Told manager the next morning who basically implied we were lying & no maintenance request had been made He was incredibly rude I was totally disappointed as were my three adult children

Beautiful relaxing location

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to beachfront. Beautiful established plants around the resort. There was a problem with the air-conditioning in the original room..Donna at the reception was very kind and helpful in providing another room.

Accommodation and air conditioning units needs updating. Please consider using solar energy to provide electricity to power the air-conditioning for the rooms.

Sehr sehr schön, kommen gerne wieder.

Die Anlage mit sehr schönem Garten und Bungalows, max 2 stöckigen Unterkünften und kein Betonklotz. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Frühstück könnte eine Idee abwechslungsreicher sein.

Mycket vänlig personal. Vackert vid stranden. Fridfullt. Två bra pooler. Bodde i en fin familjesvit med havsutsikt. Generöst med vatten, service. Miljömedvetna; hade t ex källsortering.

Frukosten var god men når inte högsta betyget. Samma med restaurangen för lunch/middag. Men vi åt det mesta där ändå för det var bekvämt och trevligt.

Location! Pantai Tengah is good.

Breakfast could be improved on the fried stuff like samosa etc. It was soggy and mee Hoon goreng was also as sad. Otherwise egg station and Nasi lemak is good. Internet stability could be improved a lot. Many times connected to wifi but no data.

Wonderful location for family with kids.

Great location and friendly staff.

Rooms are clean but wear and tear is very visible due to the age of the resort especially in the bathrooms where the bathtubs are stained, old and incomplete. Swimming pools also needs a good cleaning and upgrade.

Sunshine and cocktails by the sea.

The gardens, closeness to the beach, the hammock, the bar, the food. All were good.

Despite the resort being quiet they were unable to provide us with a cot for our one year old. This meant sleepless nights in the same bed.

Just one of the staff member keep looking at us while we having our bfast and she dare to tell me that I’m eating so much 😂 And I saw one of the staff head lady keep irritating guests while they having their bfast by asking to extend their stay cation or do late checkout which is chargeable otherwise all great

As always great! Such a good place to breath in fresh air and relax

The design of the place. It is a beautiful garden with little holiday cabins situated in such a way you have a maximum privacy. It is not congested. The owner is very conscious about environment. Water is recycled via an ingenious marsh land, solare panels and use of old discarded material to build lights and furniture. Just beautiful including the lovation along a beach

There is nothing not to like if you. Hose for a place like the Frangipani. We have been. Oming back there yearly since 2008 and it is so well maintained

Worth the money!

The location is amazing! Beachfront, not loud or noisy. Close to Chenang for some beach night life and restaurants and mini marts. The resort has an organic farm with local herbs and plantations and rabbits, it was cool.

The room is clean but expect some dust. The hot water in one of the villa we stayed in didn't work and although the technician came (at night), it still wasn't working.

Fantastic resort, exactly what we wanted at the end of our 2 week trip to Malaysia.

Great location and we have a villa room with a partial seaview - the view however didn't seem partial at all, we were really impressed. Great villa, friendly staff, great restaurant and bar right beside the beach. Loved it all and would definitely stay there again. Not right in the middle of the main strip, but an easy and quick GRAB ride away. Exactly what we wanted.

Superb

The room was large and clean, located right on the beach, with a great and peaceful view. The hotel restaurant, also beachside, had an excellent view, and a rather generous buffet breakfast. The lunch we ordered was average, though. The hotel's location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the town center, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far for shopping. The hotel staff were also very friendly and extremely helpful. Worth mentioning is that we had to catch an 8 a.m. flight on the day of our departure, and needed our breakfast packed by 6:30 a.m. Upon reaching the airport, we found the packed breakfast to be surprisingly plentiful.

The only downside is that the wifi speed was quite slow, especially when most hotel guests were back in the evening. It would be perfect if this could be improved.

Frangipani Dream Vacation

Everything was great and we LOVED our vacation at your lovely hotel. Room was nice especially opening your room door and there was the beach and blue sea. Very quiet surroundings, beautiful stunning views and so close to the beach. 10/10 for Frangipani. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Professor Anthony and Carolyn Tree were very kind, helpful and friendly. We didn't want to leave but had to. We definitely will come back and book with you. Thank you for everything.

There was nothing that was not to like. All good.

Good but it need some improvements on wifi and taps.

Various Activities provided by hotel are good like organic farm tour (kids love to see Ducks, Rabbits and Bees), Also the beach is accessible and its lively where you can spot lot of Star Fish and Jelly Fish(stay away from it) and shells. Also Resort has 2 pools (salt water and Chlorine water). Beach shakes are bit limited sometimes we will not get shakes to rest in beach.

From our room the wifi reception is horrible with no signal but it works near reception area also bathroom taps and bidet need to be upgraded.
