Amazing worth the money

It was a very good hotel the staff was very sweet and humble especially our booking had some issue and the staff really helped us make a way out. The hotel is very good clean food is nice the drinks at the bar are really good especially milkshake overall a very good experience. The beach was also very good overall amazing experience and thanks to the most amazing staff

The breakfast was good but it was just Malay food no continental more options could be more of English breakfast

افضل فندق فى الجزيره اكل ممتاز وبوفيه المعجنات اكتر من رائع الموظفين ممتازين ومحترمين وديما يساعدوك الموقع والفيو ولا كلمه وحمام السباحه انفينتى على المحيط الغرف واسعه وممتازه ونصيحه خليك فى غرفه 320 فيها بلكونه على الشجر والغابه ب 8 رنجت توصل سينانج بيتش وفي الويكند فى العاب ناريه واحتفالات على الشاطئ بصراحه الافضل وبجداره

Не советую останавливаться там более чем на две-три ночи

Хорошее местоположение, чистый бассейн и чистые номера, приветливый персонал

Ужасная еда!!!! Все не вкусно!!! Свое поесть можешь только в номере, ни одной лаунж зоны, грязный пляж, отель убирает только под лежаками…

Great resort for relaxing and good vibes.

Definetly great resort vibes. You walk in and everything is open air around the hotel. The pool with beachfront view and the live Dj playing daily makes it great for friends to have fun. Hotel breakfast was also great! especially with the beachfront view (although we chose to eat in the AC section). Pretty decent gym as well.

Room amenities that are default can be slightly better.

A wonderful stay for the staff, pool and comfy rooms.

I love Dash because of the comfortable beds and wonderful pool. We had a lovely time with our friends and the staff at the pool bar were wonderful (helpful and friendly and good at their jobs). We were made very welcome and well looked after.

The breakfast has changed and is significantly worse than before. There is a new policy for buffet when there are many bookings but their buffet is low quality compared to others in the area. The staff were supportive of us when we asked for the a la crate menu. But if the hotel wants to use a buffet, the quality will need to rival its usual standard or reduce their prices.

Nice place spoiled with wrong dj.selection

Nice resort. Nice pool. Good breakfast.

But in poolbar, there were highly far too load music after 6pm. Music was played by Dj. who wanted to present his equipments. All that music was badly selected for audience, families, mid. age people snd he played very high volume tekno-music. One issue spoiled evenings in the poolbar. We will never get back to this place.

Decent resort

Its near the beach, the room was decent and clean

The buffet breakfast was not hot even though we were the first to eat when the breakfast starts at 7AM. The aglio olio was hard and the chicken cold and not cooked well. The jacuzzi was also not working. Too tired and unbothered to check with a staff as it was only a 1 day stay. The lighting in our room was all connected with one switch, so we couldn't switch off certain lights in the room to make it more dim..

Location was great . Quiet and secluded .

Rooms were small. Floor had that sandy feeling even when we checked in . Occasionally we get that sewerage smell which is located right behind the property.

Not worth for the amount paid.

The bar staff was friendly and accommodating, helpful and cared about the customers.

The main reception staff was unaccommodating, left the room unlocked before checking in, until we had to wait another hour before checking in to our room

Very nice view of sunset. Great pool and poolside. Very near to town and airport too. Great songs all night. Spacious rooms

Small garden and bath tub not cleaned. Floor a bit dusty. They should do some mopping or constant vacuuming will help. In room dining was way too slow. Asked for pasta at 750 and had to follow up a lot of times, since they said they "oversaw" our order. Got the pasta for my girl around 930 pm. Breakfast - not efficient. The system of hot meals order is not going well to my view. Waiters are not so well trained, some do not understand English (locals), while others do not understand Malay (foreign waiters). System became slow. We had to breakfast out since we couldnt wait. Too slow. Hope they change the bfast system. Thanks.

The staffs were friendly. The pool & sunset view.

The rooms are very small. It is below expectations for the money paid. The interiors are outdated and worn out. Some lightings didn't work. Didnt know there won't be a buffet breakfast and we waited 2 hours for the breakfast to be served. Asked why the breakfast is not served yet, the answer given was 'Sorry for the delay, I'm new here'. (answer given by 2/3 staffs i asked). While waiting for breakfast, it started to rain and rainwater started to flow into the indoor lounge. It takes at least 15 minutes for them to clean the tables for the next guest and I don't even want to talk about refilling the beverages. Asked for a new towel and they said, it's not been delivered by the laundry yet. Really poor and not coming back.

Hotel breakfast was a shocked. A la carte is not convenient for guests as waiting time was too long. The food was okay with a 2-star rating.

the arrogant face of 1 staff with curly hair plus size . not sure if she is only entertaining foreigners. blushing yr pretty face with smiles to all guests regardless of skin colors will make the frontline more welcome.

Absolutely amazing and will stay there again for sure

I loved this Hotel, Infinity pool with an amazing view of the sunset. Pool is was hugh and clean and the vibe is great with a DJ that comes daily at 4pm...perfect for the sunset.... the beach was clean and easy access to sea. Food at the hotel was absolutely amazing and Chef adapted food for us as i'm vegetarian. Breakfast was great with lots of variety continental and local food available. I must also mention the managers Richard and Asmawi, they were so friendly and professional. I was not well on the second day of my stay and Richard came to see me, offered me breakfast in the room and arranged to take me to a clinic in the hotel car with Asmawi driving me and staff helped me walk into the car. Honestly it was so nice of Richard to arrange this with no cost. I'd also like to say that all the staff from cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff and security men were all so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. the cocktails at the pool bar were awesome too

made reservation under dash for Riyaz Lavanya villa assuming it was within the vicinity but it was actually at a separate building ( 12 mins walk away )
