Disappointing. Do not waste your money

The location in an old village in a beautiful area

The nice pictures of this accommodation on the site of Booking are NOT of the place where we stayed. There was no wifi. We complained, after that there was only very weak wifi, only when you stand in front of the window. There is central heating (you need it in winter in the hills), but that did not work. We used the airco, but that was just enough to get the chill out of the room. There was a dangerous electrical situation, the stovetop and water heater had continental plugs that do not fit the UK outlets, and somebody had improvised something to make them fit. Fortunately, we had our own adaptor, otherwise we would not have been able to cook and heat water.

I like the location and how cozy it was ...

The main kitchen and oven was not working so we were not able to cook and extra plug in stove was not heat even water .. Very little kitchenware Not like the pictures

I really loved the location and the property was very clean and beautiful, the only problem was that it was quite cold.

It was very homey, comfortable and had a perfect location.

It was very cold, it would have been better if the radiators would have worked. I would also recommend providing some slippers or something like that. Also it would be nice to have oil and salt.

Приятный городок, но это никак не относится к апартаментам

Ужасная встреча, прислали пустые pdf файлы, после 20 минут переписки только переслали действующие коды к замкам , в темноте колупались с замками. Потом долгая переписка о том, как включить отопление -его оказалось они не включают! На улице 8 градусов -в апартаментах старые окна и двери, поэтому температура , как на улице! Без отопления, на кондиционере не выжить! Звонили в головной офис Англии, там долго объясняли, что ничем помогать не собираются , что кондиционер и отопление одно и то же, хотя в описании было и то, и другое. Хотя и на фото есть отопление и по отзывам (отзывы не правдивы, там вообще нет хозяина, который что-то включает). Мы выбирали свой новогодний отдых именно по критерию -наличие отопления !Спали в одежде одну ночь, т.к. уезжать было слишком поздно после двух часов переговоров с объектом размещения, на утро покинули это место и попросили вернуть деньги за несоответствие описанию и опасность для здоровья , если проживать далее. матрасы, подушки и постельное белье -просто ужас, страшно прикасаться , одеял нет, только не стираные пледы без пододеяльников.В ванную вообще лучше не заходить.Обещали перезвонить на следующий день ,т.к. мы сразу запросили возврат денег,но ни менеджер на Кипре, ни главный офис компании не ответили. В итоге мы потеряли возможность отдохнуть в новогодние праздники, т.к. ничего другого найти просто невозможно было все забронировано заранее! Деньги нам не вернули, хотя знали, что мы уедем и они могли их продать заново, даже не извинились! Отдых полностью испорчен ! Мы брали три разной категории апартаменты: в итоге обычные маленькие самые нормальные, в них хоть кондиционер мог прогреть и мебель не такая ужасная, в двухуровневых просто все старое и обшарпанное, в одном запах невыносимый-как будто кто-то умер. Но даже не смотря на все это, менеджеры хуже всего испортили впечатление, хамское отношение, они вообще удалили наше бронирование. Спасибо booking отреагировал на жалобу и дал возможность написать подлинный отзыв

Autentyczne miejsce jak za dawnych czasów, czyste, wyjątkowe

Styl- można się wczuć jakby się było mieszkańcem Arsos za dawnych czasów. Nasz pobyt był w grudniu, miałam wrażenie, że pod wieczór nie było w wiosce nikogo poza nami, miało to swój urok. W dzień był czynny sklep spożywczy i jedna kawiarnia przy kościele. Apartment bardzo czysty, świetne wyposażenie kuchenne- niczego nie brakowało.

Δυσπρόσιτο το σπίτι. Μακριά το parking. , Καμία γραμμένη οδηγία για την θέρμανση. Το μπάνια επικοινωνούσε με το κυρίως δωμάτιο γιατί είχαν ανοίξει ένα τεράστιο μέρος του τοίχου στο πατάρι για να τοποθετήσουν τον θερμοσίφωνα. Το αποτέλεσμα όλες οι μυρωδιές της τουαλέτας να εμφανίζονται στο κυρίως δωμάτιο. Δεν αλλάζουν σεντόνια και πετσέτες και δεν καθαρίζουν μέρα παρά μέρα. Η κεντρική πόρτα του δωματίου ανοίγει δύσκολα γιατί βρίσκει στο πάτωμα.

Beautiful traditional house in a typical Cypriot village. Lovely house with excellent Wi-Fi connection, easy parking outside property. Easy check in and easily contactable host. Comfortable room with everything needed for our overnight stay.

Charmant. Pour une nuit, deux grand maximum.

L’emplacement dans un petit village charmant. L’arrivée autonome. Les pierres dans la chambre. La cour intérieure (totalement indépendante du studio, no rattachée donc nous n’en avons pas vraiment profité)

Appartement passoire thermique. Il faisait mauvais temps les deux jours où nous sommes restés. On sentait les courants d’air et le froid à travers la porte et la fenêtre. Nous n’avons pas réussi à avoir de l’eau chaude malgré les échanges avec le propriétaire … Mal équipée. Une bouilloire qui fuit, serviettes rêches, un sèche serviettes pour les douches froides serait un vrai plus ^^

Quiet escape in steep mountains

There was a fridge and neccessary kitchen stuff. Also place to dry clothes. Interesting interior. Air conditioner. Good for one night.

Parking is difficult there. You will get instructions to use Public Parking Space, but it is difficult to turn in there (almost damaged car). I suggest to park on upper street nearby suggested parking spot. Then it's 5 min walk upwards toward house which seems on the upper most street of the village. Don't drive there as the streets are very narrow and there was no driving sign on the street next to the house. It was difficult to get hot water in this apartment. It was either cold or boiling. Best thing was to keep the tap open, while using the shower. During winter you will be asked to use special pump for 30 mins max, which is located outside. The village was too small for our taste - we preferred Omodos. In Arsos there was only one working cafe in the evening, only shop was closed already. In that sense - this is authentic exepience and the town in completely quiet after 18. Nothing much to do there after that.

Exceptional

A very beautiful old house, the feeling that you are in an old fairy tale of the Middle Ages. Cozy, beautiful, there is everything for a wonderful holiday in the village silence.

Was perfect. The location is perfect . inside a very old city. We got a parking place near the room. Hot water.

The location, yard and village are beautiful. Great place to get to Troodos from.

The check-in process was a little bumpy, but quickly got sorted out. There were a hornets in the yard, so you might want to be careful if coming with kids.

It was marvelous and the time spent with Luis was so much fun.

The location in the middle of this ancient mountain village was perfect for the rest and relaxation I needed. The narrow cobble stone streets and stately architecture of both my residence and the surrounding strictures was breathtaking--like stepping back into time.

I would have appreciated having both a pharmacy and an ATM close by....and the cost of a taxi from the Larnaca airport was sticker shockish.

A value for money stay in the centre of Arsos village.

A well preserved studio with some of the very old original furniture still in the property. It is located in the heart of the village but you will need to walk a bit to get there. there’s a parking place nearby which we didn’t know but only small cars can fit there.

We didn’t like the fact that there was mold on my pillow case and dust on the bed side table. Also the bed was very hard.

worst accommodation /rude owner

close to vasa village where we had to attend a wedding

1. full of small cockroaches/vermins 2. dirty room 3. no remote for air conditioning 4. bad reception for tv / lousy internet 5. no instructions/ welcome drink or water / explanation of the facilities and the place etc 6. mold/ smelly room 7. when we inform the owner , after we left he was very rude and disrespectful would not recommend it and for sure NEVER visit again

On the whole , an enjoyable , quiet and relaxing stay that was very good value for money.

Characterful property and setting excellent were excellent and v. good value for money

I stayed for an extra night as I was very happy with the peaceful location on the first two evenings.However on the third evening a group arrived late and commenced a noisy barbecue with loud music in the courtyard. Fair enough , I'm not a spoilsport but had some difficulty reading my book with ear plugs in. I retired to bed at 2230hrs and in fairness the group quietened down and went into their apartments eventually. I tolerated the music, clapping and singing in their apartments for some time but could take no more by 0230hrs. Music was blaring with apartment windows open. I told them to have some respect for me and the villagers , one male apologised. This spoilt what was otherwise a lovely stay in a great property at Arsos. This was obviously beyond the owners control and I would recommend this characterful property to anyone.

Amazing experience

We had an amazing stay at Cornaro House. It's a beautiful house in an old and picturesque village. The house is big and fully furnished. Louis, the owner, was really helpful and also Andreas, who was in the neighourhood. Their kindness was beyond expectations. There is free parking next to the house. Silence was unbelievable. Sleeping here is really an experience!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely little unspoilt mountain village. The apartment is wall appointed & comfortable. Although no breakfast is available, food is available in the cafes & restaurants in the main square. The cafes may be closed on Sunday mornings so you may have to order & collect it in the morning. There is also a small shop if you prefer to cater for yourself.

There is nothing to dislike.

Superb

Very nice apartament in old style in a beautiful village (better than Omodos etc.).

- old bathroom, but there is hot water if you wait few minutes. - if you have a big car and you don’t feel confident driving it, consider leaving it outiside the village. The streets are really narrow and parking quite difficult.

Beautiful old house - but needs important improvements to be a good place to stay!

Arsos village is fantastic. The room was very beautiful and had a lovely 2nd floor for the bedroom and bathroom.

There was no parking near the hotel (the few available spaces were occupied) so we had to walk 10 minutes to go to our car. The bedroom was a bit dusty and needed a good renovation. The bathroom was small and needs renovation. There was no hairdryer or iron or coffee or any kind of basic facilities in the room (which is perfect for a long stay with these facilities).

Did not order breakfast. Large rooms. Lots of space. Nice room, traditional for the place. Friendly and nice surroundings.

Wifi signal could be stronger, but that was not a issue for me.
