we ordered food in night, but the making of rotis served was very hard to eat.

On the whole it was not a memorable stay. What ever impression we had,it was spoiled by your room se

Breakfast is o.k.but vegetarians have less choice. The service in the dining room was very good.

Wood have liked hot water for bath.It was not available.The worst thing was flocking of everybody around us for tips when we were leaving the hotel after our stay. This was most irritating.

Not worth for the amount I paid to stay

Stafff support and courtesy is good.

Horrible breakfast. The items were not tasty and cold. Restaurant staff is not at all responsive.

Good standard overall

good standard and very price worthy, AC worked as it should after some time, great location and not noisy

no warm water which is not ok for a 3 star hotel, needed to ask for toilet paper and towels

Good Property but pricey and inadequate service

Property was excellent. Central location. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Hot water available 24 hours. Beds were comfy.

No valet parking. Wifi was spotty and I had to use mobile data. Food was not upto the mark. Service could be a lot better. Room not cleaned until I asked for it. Complementary tea/coffe/water not replaced daily until asked. Pricey considering lack of service.

worth for money, near to the temple, good staffs , a great hotel near to the Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple

staff behavior, restaurant staffs dealings, location, room boy etc…

Need more clean, lift should work more faster, don’t allow drunken people to the restaurant, it will make discomfort for the families. O experienced a drunken person making unwanted task to restaurant manager, he deal it nicely but it is not fair to accept such people inside the restaurant.

My stay is excellent.The location is very good.

It is 20 meters from cine suvai restuarant. A must try eatery in Madurai.

The Bed and bedsheets would have been better.Everything in the room is excellent.It has small refrigirator,hot water,excellent AC.Room is clean.and a decent restuarant.The staff of the restuarant are very good.
