Ubicación y limpieza

Buena ubicación muy cerca de los templos y limpieza, después del check out nos guardaron las mochilas hasta la noche para nuestro tren nocturno

El personal algo serio, nos hizo pagar la reserva en el acto cosa que no nos había pasado nunca en india, las indicaciones que les pedías las daban pero sin ganas, poco empáticos.

12 Noon vacation is not satisfied.

Location and facilities.

Check out 12 Noon is not satisfied. Because we came on night 10pm. But they compelled to vacate at 12noon without fail. That's not acceptable.

Good location in Madurai with views

Stayed 3 nights in February. (Previously stayed 1 night in Madurai north of river near Lake Vandiyur but it was a long way from the city centre.) Check-in OK. Room with usual facilities: fan, hot water, TV. Bed comfortable. Room and sheets seemed clean. Old lift operating. Well located for main temple, restaurants, shops and railway. Fairly quiet on upper floor. Good view of temple from rooftop, if you ignore the mobile phone towers.

Manager/receptionist was generally helpful but a bit gruff. Towel provided was very dirty. I paid to have some laundry done but it did not come back much (if any) cleaner. Wifi was basically only available in the outside corridor, not in the room. At both places I stayed in Madurai they used "para blocks" in the bathroom sink and shower to mask drain smells. Mosquitoes could get in. But all up, it was reasonable, basic accommodation.

Very friendly and helpful general manager of the hotel. Room big fully equipped nice.

The bathroom should be periodically cleaned to get rid of calc.

L'accueil. En arrivant très tôt le matin j'ai eu un accueil froid par le chef. Il m'a précisé que le check in est à 12 h. Ensuite il a filé une chambre à des personnes n'ayant pas réservé. Puis il m'a demandé si je partais tôt le lendemain. Ça l'arrangeait car il avait besoin d'une chambre des 7h. Lorsque qu'au bout d'une demi heure j'ai remplis les formalités et ai payé alors il a été plus sympa. Malgré tout, j'avais une chambre sur rue et un camion déchargeait du matériel jusqu'à 1 h du matin. Et le bruit mais ça c'est l'Inde

古い建物だが清潔に保たれているチェックインもスムーズに出来たしなかなかしっかりしたホテル屋上からの眺望と洗濯物干せたのがよかった。クラシックなエレベーターも趣がある周囲の商店街もインドらしくて楽しかった

Wi-Fiはロビーのみで部屋では繋がらないのが唯一の欠点

Don't ever go there.

Nothing really. I left within half and hour after I already paid.

Front desk manager was anything but friendly. Room was not sound isolated - you could literally hear everything from the outside. Bed was not properly cleaned when I arrived and the matress was so worn out you could feel the wood beneath it. I didn't recieve any blanket to cover up. It said that room has city view and balcony - none of that was in the room - i was staying on the ground floor which means that they are leading on people with using description that is not true at all. Room was dark and there was still hair from previous guests on the floor.

Excellent

Mr. Shankar, has made our stay very comfortable and even with his contacts arranged the cabs for the nearby tourist places within our budget, by negotiating on our behalf. Very well explained, how we can plan our tour in an orderly manner for the nearby places, which we are planned to visit. Recommend this hotel for all, as it is very near to the west gate of the temple and also nearby to the eateries.

Services and facilities are good. They agreed for early check in.

Actually I have booked for 4 members. But allocated room has 2 beds which are small such that only 3 could be accommodate. I have slept on the floor.

Totally disappointed.

Unhygenic desk. Occupied a not not working TV in the already conjusted desk. It was a small uncomfortable room. In 3 night stay, no body attended the room for cleaning. There was no pillow covers. Bed sheet not changed.
