Spacious and clean rooms. The place is right in front of the beach with a beautiful terrace where breakfast and dinner can be served.
The meals are super tasty and last but not least the staff is super friendly.
The big plus is that during the night and early in the morning, the only thing that can be heard is the ocean :)

Super breakfast by Sadun the energetic person. Amazing Sadun and his three member team were excellent
On the last night the Security night watchman didn’t turn up and we were not only guests but also security operatives! As a result we’re we’re unable to gain access to cutlery plates and other basic things. Owner sounded very nice in the phone unfortunately he was away.
Hot water didn’t always work

This is NOT A PLACE FOR A FEMALE SOLO TRAVELLER. In the middle of the night a security guard came up to my balcony on the first floor, woke me up with a torch light and tried to have sex with me. He tried this twice! This was the worst night I’ve had travelling ever. Not recommended at all.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view is stunning. The juices were the best we had so far and the breakfast was great!

Decent hotel on a lovely quiet beach. Owners are attentive.
Issues with water. Quite a lot of cockroaches in the room. Got lots of bites. We paid 3000lkr for two arracks... More expensive than a whole bottle!

Incredibly hospitable couple runs this place. They treat you like family and do their best to fulfill your every request. Rooms with ocean view, cozy cafe in a shady yard with palms and beautiful spacious beach outside of it. Also the location is near the center of Habaraduwa village, so groceries, pharmacies, gas and bus stations, etc. are all in walkable distance and it's also easy to tell tuktukers where are you going.
Room is clean, but is already close to a need of (at least cosmetic) renovation, especially bathroom. It didn't bother me at all, but other travellers better should be aware of it.

The place is beside the beach and we can even see the sunrise just walking down the room! Also, the hotel runs a restaurant of their own and provides really great food! I especially love the seafood soup and the prawns! Besides, the staff are very helpful in helping us take in and out the luggage. I recommend their place a hundred percent!
