Great experience overall

The facility staff was very helpful and sweet. Always nice to have a warm welcome. Food had extraordinary flavours and was extremely good. Once in everyone knows you by your name and it just feels like you have lived there forever.

Sone basic supplies of slippers and dental kit were missing. We usually take ours but forgot this time and on asking the staff we were charged for dental kit but it’s alright because we were given brand new Colgate brush and toothpaste. But would have been helpful to just have them included in the room. The rooms cannot be flawed at maintenance and cleanliness but if you are light sleeper like me, the AC is loud, the floorboard creeking in middle of the night is common and sometimes the cupboard door pops open.

A delightful setting, super clean facilities spacious rooms, good food and fantastic staff.

it is set in beautiful rolling hills. Lovely rustic feel, and winery setting. And super clean, spacious rooms, games area with a pool and gym plus darts, table tennis, billiard table and good restaurant making it a one-stop-shop for travellers.

Only the fact is is showing it’s age a tiny bit. So a little dated furniture etc.

Slightly dated room but clean and comfy bed with amazing food at the restaurant.

We loved the restaurant and the food at both dinner and breakfast, the grounds were also beautiful and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms are quite dated and we found a few spiders and bugs in our room, nothing to be super concerned about (considering I had my husband who wasn't scared to take care of it) but we found this could potentially be improved. Please note the room itself didn’t feel dirty or anything just outdated.

The location was great only 5mins from Lancefield and 15mins from Hanging Rock. The staff were great, particularly the manager of the restaurant she was amazing! Very accomodating to food allergies and enjoyed the games room. Was a very comfortable stay

The views from the room were great however little things need improvement. The rooms were a little bit outdated but very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

A peaceful and tranquil stay in country Victoria with highly recommended fine dining.

Booked a last minute stay at Glen Erin at Lancefield after searching for a restaurant for dinner. The overnight stay far exceeded expectations, made a memorable weekend and fabulous short break away from Melbourne. The accommodation was clean and quiet, the bed very comfortable. Our room had a spectacular view over the vines and into the sunset, beautiful. The restaurant is a great bonus onsite too, thank you and the service was excellent too.

The outdoor pool needed a bit of a surface clean, leaves etc.

A night away pre lockdown

Really nice rooms. Giant comfy king size bed. Nice linen.. Nice views over the Winery. Fun to play darts and pool in the games room.

the tv is small and a bit outdated. The controller had also almost ran out of battery. The coffee machine at breakfast couldn’t make a hot chocolate
