Very centrally located, can basically ski back to it and right on the shuttle line. We had 3 people and it was very tight, but manageable. Company running location was very professional

This place is good only for 2 people.
First night the bed was squeaking all night ( wood headboard is broken).
Fixed it temporary to have some sleep.
Water kettle was leaking.
Asked for the replacement but never received one.
Skiing location is good.
Last day skied all the way to the condo.

We loved the location. It was small (if you use the pull out sofa bed, you have to walk or crawl over the bed to get to the door). It was perfect fornour 1 night stay in Breck. Very close to main street and the free gondola.

Reviewer Comments:
While some upgrades such as kitchen and bathroom were made and the unit was clean, sleeping conditions were lacking. The sofa bed was not usable for sleeping since the mattress was so thin it was like sleeping on springs. My adult daughter had to sleep on the sofa for 2 nights and that was very uncomfortable. It is well past time for being replaced. There were a few other issues I brought to the attention of Sky Country Resorts which they addressed promptly and I appreciated that. I have stayed in other units in this building with much better sleep quality. Love the location. Would recommend the property but NOT this unit unless they replace the sofa bed

Pullout couch is in terrible condition. Shower (bath tub) faucet leaks out while you’re trying to switch to shower making the water pressure really low.

This rental was clean, well kept and affordable. Easily accessible to downtown and the gondola. Only a couple issues... the connecting door to the unit next door can easily be picked open based on the direction of the latch so we pushed the couch in from of it. Definitely needs more than just a knob lock. And the bed was hard as a rock did not get any quality sleep. I like a good firm mattress but the floor would’ve been more comfortable to give you an idea.

We love ski country and have rented from them since the 80's. We can only blame ourselves for waiting too long and having to take the unit we got. Park Meadows is a great place but much too small. The very first time we've ever NOT had ski in ski out. That was the mistake. Other than that. No complaints

We were very happy with the vacation overall. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great. We didn't use the clubhouse but it would have been great if we had kids. Lots to do. This is not ski in, ski out. You walk a block to get the shuttle to the mountain. When you ski down, you walk a block and a half to get back. Certainly doable but the description was misleading. Walkable to downtown and the price was right. We would certainly stay there again.

As advertised. Great location. We took advantage of the shuttle to Beaver Run both days and skied in to the backside of the condo. It had everything we needed for a short trip to Breck!

Property was charming, clean and compact. Best for only 2 people. Great location. The problem was with the neighbors who were smoking pot. Because this is an older unit with wood doors that do not seal well it came through the connecting door and filled our condo. Management was contacted with our concerns, but they did not follow up or communicate with us regarding our complaint. Condo filled with pot smoke again later in the evening. It was 14 below zero and we had to open windows to air the condo out. When management was contacted a second time they said it was not their fault and they would not reimburse any of the money we paid even though they charge a $500 fee if anyone smokes in one of their units (this information is mentioned numerous times in the contract.... "this is a non smoking facility in the rooms and on the grounds.") Management was not at all understanding or customer oriented. After a lengthy conversation with a manager she finally agreed to reimburse the cleaning fee which was negligible. Very frustrating ....Should have been reimbursed 25 to 50% of our rental fee for our miserable smoke filled room. First time in 20 years skiing in the Breckenridge area that we used the Ski Country Property Management group. Probably will be the last. This manager did not appear to care about the customer's experience and comfort.

"Spacious" was used in the ad, but it's very small. My friend and I agreed that TWO people is the limit. Great location--cross the street to take shuttle to Peak 8 or a short hike to Snowflake lift--ski all the way back to condo. Easy access to town, One hot tub working (of two), but only half the jets worked--couldn't heave the top off (one bar was torked). The condo is adequately supplied. The couch needs REPLACED! The sofa sleeper mattress was obviously quite old, and the seat cushion was ripped. We had a nice two-night stay.

Communication: (12/28/21) Front desk answered the phone upon arrival. We had to contact because parking permit was missing. SECOND full DAY (12/30/21), Power went out about 5:30 pm-1am (est.) We called every single number provided numerous times just trying to get any information-no one answered, no way to leave message. Finally, we called the shuttle driver to find out it was a planned blackout & should only last a few hours...after four hours threw 1/2 cooked supper into the trash. Sent the front desk an email in desperation. NOTHING from management for communication. The fires were beyond their control but communication should exist. THIRD DAY (10/31/21) Water stopped after (1 out of 4) were done with showers-around 5-6pm? Called EVERY number again, was told we were calling the wrong numbers and they would "see" if they could get someone to the condo to look into it. After two hours started melting snow to flush toilets and asked second personal to bring us 5 gal buckets of water for toilet-was told there were bottled water for drinking in main. Third call were were asked if we wanted updates by text-AND noticed there was a place to leave a message if there was a real emergency. Received a text at 10:37pm saying water was back -by 11:30pm we had water. Final message of day- "no hot tubs for the next two days", super.
Cleanliness/Description Accuracy: Carpet beyond repair/cleaning. Is pulling back from nail strip edges underneath. When wearing socks/nails bite into heels/feet. carpet dirty enough not to allow kids to bunk on floor. No outlets in bathroom, closest above stove does not hold prongs. Table beat up, does not fit when pull couch out. MUST tesselate chairs strategically all day. Why not get a corner table with benches? Permanent visible stains on main sheets. Couch dirty, caused much sneezing/allergy attacks. Large rip on cushion/ had to flip or insulation showed. Pull-out couch mattress miserable-had to put additional air mattress on top for 14 & 16 year old kids to sleep well enough to ski. The heaters heat efficiently but one can feel the air flow in gusts right under the door next to the sleeper couch, weather strip would fix this.
The location and being able to ski in from 4 O'clock needs to be explained better-many are not able to figure it out until late. Skiing was difficult as all were left stressed, tired and unhappy. I have never left a negative review after using VRBO for years. Feel we are owed a partial refund.

Cozy apartment w/ amazing ski in location & short walk to main st.
This little apartment was perfect for a mother daughter ski trip. It was less than a 5 min walk to main st. where we got coffee ad spent our evenings. While the ski-in option would've been dreamy, I didn't read the whole PDF that would've informed us how to get there, so we ended up using the gondola and shuttles instead. I would definitely recommend 3 or less stay, as the pull out wasn't the most comfortable, and you can hear downstairs/next door guests quite easily through the walls. The kitchen was the perfect size and had all the items for what we needed to cook a full meal and have breakfast each morning. No regular coffee was provided though. It may be a covid policy, but there also wasn't any ice within the ice machine during our stay which would've been nice to know. I rated a 3/5 for my stay because there were some details that were overlooked with the property and it's maintenance that would've make it a perfect stay. If you're looking to spend most of your time outside of your place in an amazing location and don't mind all the amenities, this place is for you.

Awesome location
We absolutely loved the location. To be able to ski right up to the property was a definite plus for us. Place was small but was described accurately. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and was fine but would be more comfortable with just 2 people. Overall very cozy and we enjoyed it very much.

Great location
The unit has a great location on Ski Hill Road, walk to town, ski home on 4 o'clock trail.
It is small though, when using the pull out couch there is no room to get to the door from the kitchen area. The hot tubs, gas grill, and common area with a fireplace room were great too.

Our Stay was Great
First time to Breckenridge. We had a great time. We were able to walk to either lift - and snowboard back to the condo at the end of the day. The office folks were super nice, had us in and out very quick with all of our inquiries answered. We had two of us - one slept in bedroom and one slept on the fold out couch. Fold out was not the most comfortable thing, but it worked. Complimentary shuttle service was there for us when we needed them also. Great stay.

Cozy good value with ski home access
I booked this condo with four guys going skiing for a four night stay. It is rather "cozy" but it has everything you need. Originally had some issues with the condo but the owner helped figure the issues out. I would recommend this condo for three or less people. Four can fit just fine if you want to be cozy. To put it in perspective you are unable to pull out the couch bed without moving the dining table into the corner of the living/dining area. It was a nice place and the commons area located in the center of the complex is beautiful and has a lot to offer. It was nice to meet some of the other vacationers. Hot tub was very much needed after a long day of skiing. Some of the things that I was unaware of was we have a small locked container right out front of the condo big enough for two snowboards and 4 skis? maybe. There is grill out back by the hot tubs that is nice if you don't want to use the kitchenette area. I would come back.

February 2015 Stay
We had an incredible time and the snow was amazing. The condo was a perfect fit for my wife and I (very clean and centrallly located). The hot tubs and fire place were a great place to relax after a full day of excitement. We enjoyed the short walk to main street and the complimentary shuttle service was an unexpected bonus. Looking forward to our next stay. Rory from Louisiana--Feb. 2015

February 2015 Stay
My fiance' & I stayed for just one night & 2 days~ we were disappointed with the apartment. The family room was the only place there was a tv & the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable! It also didn't pull out!! Due to how the room was arranged it wasn't ideal to even watch tv together. The baseboard heat was very up & down & the tap water tasted terrible!! The bed blanket had tears in it & the mattress was hard!! Over-all the apt. was clean but not up to the standards it should've been!! We will not celebrate another romantic/birthday weekend with this hotel/apt. !! The picture is a great restaurant we ate at- that we found after checking out!!
