Pretty little hotel but we did not have much time to enjoy the place as was just a stopover.

Kleines, feines Hotel in Top-Lage

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig, großes Bad mit Fenster, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und im Zimmer. Kleines, feines Hotel, das zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber liebevoll renoviert wurde.

Wie in vielen Hotels in Italien haben wir auch hier Haken im Bad vermisst, und leider gab es in unserem Zimmer in Bettnähe keine Steckdosen. Aber das waren nur kleine Details. Insgesamt war alles top :-)

Would not recommend

Beds were like bricks and the our a/c did not work at all for the two nights we were there. We tried letting the staff know but unfortunately no one spoke English so the communication barrier was difficult.

Very good value for money

Friendly Staff, very close to train station. Had Netflix as well, good value breakfast.

Hear people in next room. Bed was not very comfortable.

Convenient location and excellent value in Ravenna

Excellent value. Close to everything we wanted to see in the city center. Staff was so kind and helpful.

100 m from railway station 50 m from one of the best restaurants in the city walking distance (sometimes long walk) from all UNESCO monuments free of charge parking card

Staff helpful. Not speaking Italian was a challenge for me as staff were not proficient in English but Google translate was helpful. Recommended a lovely and authentic Italian restaurant. Taxi service booked with hotel was very good.

Location is ok but surrounding area felt a little unsafe at night.

Friendly hotel! Would recommend 100%

The staff of the Hotel was beyond helpful and friendly. They really made our stay. Unfortunately, there was a break in in our car, the hotel staff did everything to help us and solved the issue very quickly. The hotel is a very good value for money. The room was clean and a good size! Everything we needed was provided without extra costs, like a baby bassinet. The hotel is very close to the train station and is a quick walk to the city centre. We felt save walking during any time of the day and also in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good location, good value.

Prime location, just few steps from central train station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities old fashioned, however clean and well maintained. Good continental breakfast.

Hotel need a little” face lift “. Still pleasant and comfortable.

Close to attractions and train easy to come and go

Cozy small hotel just behind the train station. Features a small refrigerator. The morning coffee was prepared as desired. We had a really strong caffè americano. It was as strong as an English espresso.

The days before we arrived, I received several emails in Italian that I didn’t understand. Italian is not a world language, but I got the impression that it was about hygiene and covid 19. To my surprice I wasn't asked the EU Covid Certificate after all. May be that was because the receptionist did'n speak enough english to ask it. There was no buffet breakfast because of covid 19. But it was available in all other hotels we stayed in. We were allowed to choose 4 things for breakfast not five. I gave up fresh juice to get a piece of cake.

Very good

The hotel is simple but it checks all the boxes and has an affordable price. The room and bathroom were very clean, the staff is kind and friendly, and the location is good, just a few minutes away from the city centre. You can park the car in the street for 2€. Breakfast is simple but OK, with bread, cheese, ham, fruits, coffee, juice and cake. They are taking safety measures in relation to the covid.

The walls are thin so you can hear people talking in the corridor and in the other rooms. Although the bathroom has an excellent size, the shower enclosure is tiny. It was not a big deal for us, but it's good to know. Overall, it was a very good experience!
