The hotel room was comfortable and spacious enough for the 2 of us. Beds were comfortable and parking was easy.
Property is a little tired, though functional and clean.

The position of the hotel.
Trying to park is totally useless! Actually getting into the hotel car park is ridiculous, we had to phone reception 4 times to get them to open the gates. Reaction just kept putting phone down. !!!

The staff, location and cleanliness
It is very dated, but everything is well maintained

Beautiful view on the 9th floor.
Extra fee for air condition. The pool open at 11 am - too late.

Breakfast was good
Access to the hotel ( appreciate July...)was difficult, car park very over full and ended up parking on a side road 15 minutes walk away. Paid extra for Aircon, had to get maintenance to get it working. Turned ceiling fans on and got sprayed with clumps of dust.Room a bit tired but in fairness, staff were excellent and very helpful, bed linen good quality and good size, well equipped bathroom

The hotel is next to the beach. It's aparthotel with one living room, small kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. You have side beach view. The hotel is approx 3 min away from.the beach.
The parking is great and is right in front of hotel.
The receptionist was very friendly.
La Manga is very beautiful place to visit. There' s open sea in one side of La Manga and sea "lake" on the other side. There is also a lighhouse at the beggining of La Manga that is worth to visit.

The staff is very kind and the position of the hotel is very good for going to the beach.
The hotel restaurant is very expensive compared to the diversity and quality of the food.
The hotel leaves much to be desired, it is one in which nothing has changed for years. all the furniture is very old and rusty. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, we had to clean it to be able to feel that we are on vacation.

The food was lovely and very good value. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I met Marisol the manager and Maria Jesus who was in the restaurant and they were wonderful. Also all of the people behind reception were exceptional and spoke well/clearly to me as I told them I was learning to speak Spanish (sorry, I do not know their names). Everyone was so friendly to my daughter too and made us feel really welcome.
The property is right on the beach and there is a courtyard with restaurants/bars, the swimming pool and children's activities, all away from the road.
Parking is great.
I know that the decor is a bit dated but I actually found it very charming and prefer this place to 4 star hotels I have stayed in in the past. I will definitely return.
Nothing.
The boiler went on the blink but when I reported it, an engineer appeared in about 30 seconds!!

Nice clean apartment with good view
Out of season, La Manga is like a ghost town. Nothing open.
Suspect communication received after booking asking for credit card details and then attempt made to withdraw large amount of money (failed).

Very kind staff. The rooms were good size. Fully equipped kitchen a bit old fashion but everything was working well. New renovated bathroom. Beautiful view. Tv

We booked a room with easy access, but somehow Booking.com changed that to a normal room. The first room was dreadful. rotting window and door frames and a loose handrail on the balcony. Also on the 8th floor - my wife could not descend 8 floors by stairs in the event of an emergency. We complained, they showed us that Booking, com had indeed made a regular booking, but changed the room. The second room was excellent and we were happy. Food a bit variable at breakfast but OK.
First room was unacceptable. Second room was good. Pool opening hours rather awkward, I like to swim before breakfast. Pool not heated. Meals in a completely different building 100m from the hotel. Hotel is NOT on the beach though restaurant is. Photos are in some cases not taken from the actual hotel and seem edited. Staff generally helpful. We enjoyed out stay and would stay again, knowing the issues...

After reading some other reviews before our journey, I was afraid, but the hotel is great. It's clean, everything in the room was working and nice, kitchen was well-equipped. It was really comfortable. The hotel is not noisy, like written in some reviews, staff is very nice and helpful, but the location is the best. It's right at the beach, to the "inner beach" it's about 200 m. In the hotel there is outside swimming pool, minigolf, gym and children playground, everything for free. Shop is close, as well as some restaurants. We also tried the hotel lunch and it was also very good. You can use the bus to travel there and back on La Manga (line 15) and it's cheap - 1.15 eur per person, but the driver doesn't accept cards.

Entertainment was OK on Saturday evening
When we arrived reception told us that we would have to pay €10 per night for A/C. Parking was almost impossible. Upon entering our apartment we were hit by a terrible smell of fish, so obviously the rooms were not cleaned properly. Wi was virtually non existant, even in the reception area. Shower did not function until I sussed out how to ignite the boiler by turning the hot tap on in the bathroom and then the shower. All in all not a pleasant stay and would not recommend.

location is great and the apartment was good overall
when booking, it is stated that there is air conditioning but it doesn’t say that it is against a fee of 10 euros
hot water was not working and after 3 complains, someone came and fixed
when we need something from the staff we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes.
the electricity went down early in the morning and since our checkout, it was still down (12pm)
