Quiet, secluded and yet close to town and shops within walking distance. Staff were polite and kind.
My aircon was hopeless and the fridge died

Nice building. Decoration with personality and typical. Perfect location, near the Medina and the Palms. Good to explore the oasis and Star Wars locations.
Nothing.

There was a good working fridge in the room, swimming pool was small but nice for cooling down. Several shops and restaurants on walking distance.

The area surrounding is so peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by palms. We stayed longer because we loved it. Pool is so nice as very hot. Perfect aircon. The breakfast was amazing, huge and varied. The staff at breakfast the ladies were super lovely.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Genuine people. The swimming pool also makes a difference! Good quality for the price!

The hotel was fine - just not as good as we expected. The breakfast was pretty good.
The pool was filled with bugs, the rooms kind of smelled bad, and the place in general seemed very dumpy.

Great location, friendly staff and nice quiet place.
The place might need a bit better maintenance

I really liked the outdoor area
I didn't like that they charged us more than some local tourists who we met there.

Really like this place, quiet pretty little Oasis in Tozeur. Staff accommodated late check-in and room size was very good.
Would have been helpful to pay with card but not a big problem

Nothing too special, but still very, very nice. Staff were kind and the breakfast was very good (the typical Tunisian type). The building itself is very beautiful.

I have nothing good to say about it.

good location near the town. rooms and bathroom quite dated but value for money. breakfast was simple

the building itself was charming
staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming I’ve ever met

You could see the ‘past glory’ of the architecture but hotel is now very dated. Breakfast was alright though.
Very old and not very clean bathrooms. The rooms although spacious also need a refresh and there were even some dangerous nails hanging above the bed in one of the rooms. Water took very long to get hot. I would pay a bit more for another place.

I liked my stay at the hotel. Everything was pretty average, the room was OK, breakfast basic and the public areas nice. Swimming pool was a great extra which I used several times. Hotel is located next to the oasis, so it is nice to see palm trees and more green in the surroundings! I recommend taking a quick tour to the oasis with one of the horse carriages to see the plants, more closely! Would recommend if price/quality ratio matches well comparing to other choices!

A very charming Residence, which had everything you need and more.
Very cozy and nicely decorated rooms, which were perfectly clean and ideal to lose the stress of the desert. Definitely recommended.
The Pool wasn't always clean, und the breakfast was okay, but not great. All in all just little things to an overall great experience.

Quietness of the place
Rooms are not that clean, alot of insects. The airconditioning has bad smell. The breakfast was included in the price, but unfortunately you only get some butter, jam and coffee. The reception weren't very helpful in giving accommodations and even scammed us into paying some extra money.

We loved literally everything here: spacious beautifully designed room, great outdoor space with a swimming pool and helpful members of staff. We had a slight issue with a first room and within a minute we were offered an alternative.

Nice hotel with a pool and breakfast. Easy to reach from the center on foot (especially important as there is basically no public transport). Tried two rooms and both were clean and comfortable. The pool is a lifesaver under the unbearable sun and heat.
Considering tap water is not drinkable, one would expect to find water (for free or for sale) at the reception or the restaurant, but that was not the case, which is annoying in the middle of the desert. The same goes for food or snacks. The Sahra/Star Wars tour the receptionist sold us was overpriced, and even though he said it would take half a day, it lasted only two hours in a car with non-functioning indicators and a guide with limited French and insufficient planning/explanation.

the architecture, spacious rooms. very nice courtyard with swimming pool.
the staff a bit weird, somewhat not connecting with the client providing the essential info. WiFI practically non existent and very Lausanne breakfast.

That's what we all would dream about : a boutique hotel in an oasis surrounded by palm trees with a great pool. And all that at very reasonable prices.
Rooms are spacious and good continental breakfast, friendly staff and in a quiet area but not far from the city. About 1.6 km from bus station. Parking in front of house is safe although area a bit dark.
Internet at room no signal. But is that a problem ? Should we not sometimes switch off our phone and enjoy that relaxing pool ? And at pool area better internet. Bring cash with you, cards not accepted. First room we had was a mini-bathtub, not so convenient to take shower, second room we had, bathroom was much better.

This was one of our most enjoyable stays during our month in Tunisia! The host was so kind and spoke great English. The accommodations are great with a room that was large, quiet, and had air conditioning. The area around the pool was relaxing with plenty of seating area.
The rooms are not wired for WiFi. You must use WiFi in the common areas.
