It’s in a golf estate so you don’t need to drive distances to enjoy your golf
The bed is hard with tiny little pillows. The electricity kept going off when I turned on the air conditioner. There was a black out on the morning we checked out, we couldn’t even iron our clothes. Can we have the iron and ironing board in the room please

The property was really beautiful , it screams tranquility 🧘♀️. The location is perfect. The facilities are exactly the same as advertised . The most friendly staff and the restaurant food was really great. I loved it!
Monkeys only because they terrify me🤣. They tried to open my handbag 🤣🤣🤣. There’s literally nothing to hate about this property.

The friendly stuff, the environment(peaceful, quiet), the room and restaurant look absolutely amazing.
In most places that I visit, duvet and linen are changed daily but here it was not the case. I slept with the same linen for 3 nights

The property is absolutely amazing.
Facilities are well maintained, huge variety and simply beautiful.
Lovely to relax and unwind.
The bedsheets were stained.
Brown stains on both the sheets and the covers.
Had to make use of own blankets as a result.
There is no catering for halaal breakfasts, kindly make provision for this.

The location is beautiful
The unit was dirty, the toilet which is next to the living room had a terrible strong smell which made the entire living room smell. The sheets and towels looked so old like they have been used for the past 10 years

My kids were in the restaurant for 1hour 45 min , they were served plain yogurt even though they requested strawberry flavour
They were given breakfast but no sauces not even salt in their table.
Serve by a pregnant lady called Tebogo , whn I asked she didnot show any remorse infact said in the future i should not send my 14 yrs old twins without an adult to the restaurant
No network and no wifi esp whn I needed to have online meeting.

it was a one bedroom, lounge, kitchen and braai area. Nicely furnished and well equipped. Love the verandah and view.
Shower - not cleaned (hair at the shower outlet), upholstery needs repair and cleaning, braai chimney suspect to be blocked - was smoke all over

Perfect location, friendly staff, beautiful facilities
The single beds were uncomfortable for adults.
Poor housekeeping as we found things on the floor & behind furniture belonging to (presumably) previous occupants.
The convenient store was inadequately stocked for basic items and snacks (like ice cream).
The bar was not well staffed, turnaround time for drink orders was too long and staff was doing their best.

It’s a beautiful place to go on vacation. It has a lot of facilities and is very child friendly. The rooms are nice and each have their own little patio.
Housekeeping had to be asked to add toilet paper in the room.

Breakfast was amazing as it was serve yourself with no limitations. However you had to ask for substitution as per preference.
The restaurant the service is poor especially when it comes to food. I waited almost 2 hours only to find my lamp chop mildly done. I noticed when i was in my room that no its well done had to return the food still there was no difference. Our linen wasn't changed , they just straightened the bed. Tv wasnt working for 2 days because no signal had to call. Our mini dustbin in the room was dirty not clean not to mention the tea cups.

Location to main attractions in Hartees
The apartment was lovely but we found it to be very dirty. Dishes and countertops were filthy, We were not given a dish sponge or any sunlight liquid to wash the dishes. Despite several requests, these were not given to us so we had to leave the resort to buy these items ourselves in order to re-wash some dishes, so we could use them during our stay, When we arrived at the villa, we didn't have any towels in our bathroom at all. We had to wait hours for these to be brought to our room. Also, the kitchen and lounge area of the villa was locked on arrival and it took us 90 min to get any help from the reception and the maintenance team. Our keys did not open this area of the villa and due to such a late check-in of 4pm we could not prepare dinner in time for our toddlers which resulted in chaos! Unfortunately the manager at reception, Lillian or Lydia, was extremely rude and unhelpful. We were only eventually able to access the kitchen area of the villa because we had to drive to reception twice to remind them to trace the maintenance team. It was a complete disaster! Even when housekeeping was called back to re-clean our unit, a very rushed 2 min clean ensued. What a pity for a beautiful resort with great facilities that has so much potential. I certainly would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed. I feel my family and the family that we travelled with wasted our money and should have rather stayed somewhere else in the area.

The Seaf chalet was excellent 👌 and the pool was very clean and Braai stand as well. The maintenance employees are proper, and so is housekeeping. We enjoyed the animals around the restaurant, the restaurant, the restaurant atmosphere and food, and the resort pool side next to the tennis courts.
No back up during loadshedding and the take away pr code placed on fridge for tge restaurant is No longer valid. I suggest it gets removed from the refrigerator.

Dirty tissues on the floor, a third of a toilet roll on the pedastal , no key at 16h00 at time of check.inn. No towels, when.provided it was in a packet. No staff to assist a single.mum with luggage up the stairs. No wifi, no fridge no butter at the resturant for breakfast. Limited dstv channels. No milk in.coffee tray. It was the worst stay i travel for business and have stayed in various hotels bnb guest lodges but this was the worst

The units are nice.
Self catering places were not well equipped
One towel per bathroom for a six sleeper
Missing utensils and dishes considered basic requirements
No dishwashing liquid provided
No coffee/tea sachets for a four star? When we asked they said it will only be refilled once a day but we didn’t have any to begin with.
Not the best value for Money.

The staff on the property were all very lovely and helpful whenever we needed any kind of assistance. The bar is reasonable priced.
When we first arrived on the property we had arrived when there was loadshedding and finding our unit in the dark was very hard because the rooms are so close to each other and share a doorway with other units. The towels were not changed daily as we had booked a week stay, we also had 1 ply toilet paper until the day before we had to leave. The food at the restaurant was not value for money, the only meal we did have on sight was breakfast. There is no wifi :-(

Lovely water park and family friendly
They forgot to put towels in our chalet had to phone to ask for towels We had very noisy people having a party until 12pm at night and when we phoned to complain nobody answered the phone You sign a paper to say no parties or noise are allowed but nothing was done about these people having a very loud party and music until 12pm and nobody answered the phone when we wanted to complain

The surroundings only.
The Villa Sef:06 had dust and the room is not worth the price paid for the stay. The rooms look neglected and no attention to detail. Was not pleased at all, the noise levels are just unbearable, it has become a party sport. Highly disappointed !

The place is beautiful with all the animals walking around.
Taking a walk at night was just so amazing
Food and drinks at the restaurant was nice 7/10.
I really enjoyed the outside than inside
The receptionist not so friendly on arrival
No parking space
The walls are just too thin you could hear the whole conversation from the other room and they were making noise the whole night.
Dirty towels, thank God I always bring my own
Twin beds made into a double not comfortable.
Sharing the unit with strangers is just not safe at all.

The room they put our family in was falling apart , the windows did not shut and thefore we had to move all the beds to the lounge to try stay warm over night ! The night staff were not helpful at all ! After complaining and up and down to reception they eventually moved us to the house we actually booked for and we then had a comfortable stay ! At an additional cost ! Bare in mind the nights we paid to stay was in a place that was far from what the pictures showed ! According to the gentalman at the reception it was a unit they were renovating! If that was the case then it should have never been booked out to customers to stay in ! The staff at the restaurants (both) were not interested in doing their jobs ! Golf course the staff ignored us for 20min before serving us ! All together it was not the experience I expected

not exactly as the photos
the restaurant is quite small but the food was good
the music played at the family pool area was very inappropriate

Each room was its own suite. Living area was more than ample.
detail in the maintenance could have been better, for example, the toilet seat was loose.
