Ficamos em um quarto conhecido como suíte, no cômodo principal onde se encontrava a cama de casal o ar condicionado não funcionava, o vidro da banheira da casa de banho estava solto com um risco enorme de machucar alguém ao adentrar para tomar banho. Pela manhã o café da manhã possuía pouca opção, e ficamos à espera por 15 minutos que alguém aparecesse na recepção ou no saguão do restaurante para podermos entregar a chave, ao não comparecer ninguém mesmo sendo chamado e termos pouco tempo de espera, o cartão do quarto foi deixado em cima do balcão da recepção sem menos fazer o checkout completo. Fica aqui a minha indignação em relação a preço e qualidade.

Relación calidad y precio muy bien!

Me gustó mucho que la habitación era amplia y cómoda. Un poco antiguo pero no era el problema. Muy limpio y tranquilo. Las sábanas muy suaves.

No me gusto mucho el colchón.

Very good

We stayed one night. The room had the basics but was very clean and comfortable. It contained extra bedding, which I like as I always need extra pillows. The air-conditioning worked excellent. There is no coffee machine in the room, but a vending machine with different selections available as well as snacks at reception. Prices are cheap and coffee not bad. A basic breakfast was served. Staff are friendly.

We can not complain about anything. Just note the location as nothing is in walking distance.

Simple but very pleasant

The hotel in overall is simple but it meets the requirements you need to spend a couple of nights on your way. The staff was very pleasant and nice. Always sure to accommodate you. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was simple, but the staff was always ensuring that there was always sufficient.

The restaurant was closed (only opened for breakfast), so we could not eat overnight there. We needed to take the car to eat the evening. There is a Mall on the Spanish Side at 10 mins from there called: Centro Comercial el Faro which is very nice.

Reasonable stopover near the station.

Very comfy bed, large room, clean, accommodated our bicycles in a secure place. Breakfast was good, purely continental, don't expect bacon and eggs, but good.

Bar and restaurant weren't open. If we'd known the restaurant wasn't open we might have made a different choice. Check the facilities before you book. No hot water when we arrived, was fixed quickly after we alerted them.

The staffs. Starting with Fabio and the wonderful lady who looks after breakfast. The employees all are wonderful as the go out of their way to help even when I struggle so hard to communicate with them

Disappointed.

The restaurant was closed but no mention on website we arrived in the evening so no where to eat. Very noisy, doors banging.

Excellent value. We paid 35 euro and it came with breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Pretty much what you would expect in the states. Great car parking. Quiet !! Great castle fabulous aquaduc.

Beds were worn out. Could use a shower curtain.

Good option for a short stay in Elvas

The room was good enough for the value and the staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was simple but good.

The decoration was a bit old and the noise outside of our room was audible. A little bit far from the city center, but still close (with a car)
