Clean and spacious room with a nice view. The staff was very kind (thank you for helping us with parking the little Panda!). Plus, there's breakfast.
5.0 / 10.0
Reception staff friendly and helpful, Cleaning staff and cleanliness excellent.
Hotel has seen better days. Reported broken toilet seat on first day, not fixed after a week. Also balcony light not working, also shower head broken. Pillows very uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice provided you got up early. It purported to be served until 10am but if you got there after 9am, much was gone and not replaced (e.g. frest fruit). Although pool meant to be open until 7pm, person in charge of pool clearly keen to be off at the stroke of 7 so told us to leave and stop swimming by 6.45pm or even earlier, not very friendly manner generally. Also disappointed by location - Recanati area of Giardini Naxos does not have a lot going on. A strip of 5-6 restaurants, all serving more or less the same menu, and that's about it.

Location was good for both beach and regular bus to Taormina. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There could have been more sun beds round the pool for the number of guests.

Breakfast is good and location is not bad close to bus stop and restaurant

Clean rooms and pleasant breakfast, considering pandemic times.
The hotel is not located in the most attractive part of the town, most staff did not speak any foreign language (note: it is a 3-star hotel). Thin walls so you could hear conversations in adjacent rooms! Relatively expensive.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool and surroundings. Delicius dinner, especially fish menu. We got a welcome dring and deserts at the departure. Parking was free, although it was written that it was chargeable. Hotel is easy to find. We check out early in the morning before breakfast, but they prepaired for us a packet with sendwiches, drinks, deserts ... Extraordinary view from balcony. We enjoy staying in Alexander hotel and we highly recommend it to cuples and familys.
The furniture in the rooms could be newer.

The breakfast was good, the pool was nice and staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was super: the sea and the mountins.
7.9 / 10.0
I liked the location - it is 2min from the bus station, and 5 min from the beach. The hotel has two entrances, one fits for strollers. The room (standard) was quite spacious, with own balcony. The cleaning was every day and was of a good quality.
At the reception there were no problems with help in daily issues.
The breakfast could be better: with more fruits and vegetables. In the hotel they change towels once a three days, that if a bit too rare.
