Situated on a 7- acre park with a private back yard and big Bridger Mountain views this home showcases what we love about Montana. Owned and built by a custom builder, no detail was overlooked in the construction of this luxury townhouse. High-end furnishings and finishes make this a perfect destination for the discriminating traveler. House is meticously maintained and cleaned between guests for peace of mind. Many extra amenities from robes to soaps and everything in between make it hard to say goodbye.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal including service for 6 with additional silverware and serving pieces. Beautiful outdoor patio with extra seating and Weber grill provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy Montana sunsets. Located just 4 miles from the heart of Downtown Bozeman this location provides easy access to downtown or the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the many recreational opportunities that can be found in our backyard. The owners are Bozeman Natives so don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations on everything Bozeman.

This is a great place to stay, close to town and we loved the big green space that it backed up to. The downstairs living room was so wonderful and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Thanks for a great trip!

Our stay at Rosa Way South exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect for us...quiet, yet short drive into town. Panoramic view of the mountains and lovely green space to look out at each morning and evening. The house is just as pictured ~ five star quality including the most comfy beds and a couch that you wanted to sink into at the end of a busy day. Thank you, to Ted and Ann Marie, for leaving a lovely welcome gift for us! When we are back in Bozeman, we look forward to having Rosa Way as a place to hang our hats! Thank you for making our first Montana stay so wonderful.

The property was spacious, comfortable and clean. There were so many nice touches. The kitchen had everything necessary to make some nice meals. The outdoor space and grill were a bonus. We have been coming to Bozeman for some time now and this is our favorite property, we hope to be back.

So when I say that this property checks all the boxes, I mean it. It was immaculate, located in a great spot that was peaceful and well-maintained, and the little convenience provided by the owners was a great touch. This is a first class home. Great attention to detail, impeccably clean and stocked with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Every time I walked in the door and saw the couch I just wanted to drop down on it and just “be”. The whole place is calm and welcoming. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The location on the west side of Bozeman gives you easy access to Gallatin Gateway and Big Sky, yet it’s just a short drive to downtown Bozeman.

We rented this lovely house to have a comfortable place to stay while in town for our son’s wedding. It worked out beautifully. There was enough space for us and our grandsons to get ready for all the events we attended. The house is nicely decorated and well stocked. It is apparent that the owner cares about making guests feel welcome.

We stayed here for MSU graduation and it was a perfect home base and place to relax at the end of busy days. It had everything we needed and the space to spread out. The view of the mountains and the park out back were wonderful amenities. It was wonderful to have a spacious and well stocked kitchen along with super comfy beds. It was a wonderful stay - highly recommend!

The house was even better than the pictures. It was clean and stocked.! Plenty of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Most rentals require a trip to the store when you arrive. Not this place. We never ran out of essentials!! The beds were very comfortable. The location is convenient to Bozeman and surrounding cities. We even did a day tour of Yellowstone. We highly recommend staying at this rental !!!

We had a five night stay at this terrific property. It was exceptionally clean, well appointed and had plenty of extra supplies if needed. There was only two of us, but the three bedroom home could accommodate more. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our first trip to Montana and honestly it made me wanna live there! It was myself, my boyfriend, and two other couples and we all had plenty of space. Only 10 minutes from everything, it was a perfect spot for brewery hopping and shopping in various locations. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back soon!

This house is located in a great spot to get all around Bozeman! Close to some good restaurants and easy to find other shopping nearby. The house was laid out perfectly for our 6 adults. And the outdoor space was a nice treat. It was also very nice to have a full garage to use and store our supplies. The photos and descriptions match what you will find once inside!

Beautiful townhome /duplex (maybe I missed that detail in the description initially). Busy neighborhood with a bit of night time street noise. Overall however was great and would stay there again. Happily found bath essentials and cooking /seasoning supplies. Super clean and felt like home. Can be downtown or on MSU campus in 10 minutes or less. Not with in walking distance to grocery or dining if that’s important to you. Highly recommend.
