Very good

The hotel's location is perfect, close to bus station, restaurants and beach is in walkable distance. There were many choices for breakfast: croissants, muesli, juices, fruits, cheese and ham, eggs

The noise isolation is poor. We would hear cars and motorcycles passing by all night, as well as staff and other guests walking in the corridor

The hotel is 3 star - but already very used for the money...room was clean, bathroom was so small, hard to move, the shower was smallest I ever saw and this type of shower I have not seen 30 years!!! For the money I will not come again!

Wonderful clean pools and surrounding gardens. No need to pay for a chair or fight for space and the service is wonderful.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach and the port.

The breakfast choice was very very poor. Vegetables lacked completely, fruit choice consisted of apple and bananas. Cheese and charcuterie of the cheapest type

We had a great stay, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the hotel was very clean.

Great location, friendly staff, and a lovely pool area :)

Rooms were a little dated. It would have been nice to have a few more healthy options at breakfast - some fresh fruit etc.

We really liked the location. Hotel has dedicated place at the beach. Beach is 2 minutes away from the property.

Nice stay

Staff were very friendly-allowed me to check out late in the afternoon at no cost. Location-walking to Negombo spa,beach,restaurants and shops. 200m from bus stop connceting you to other parts of the island. Good brekfast that had more than sweet croissants. 2 pools and jaccuzzi if you dont feel like walking to beach.

I had a single room so it was quite tiny. But the double rooms were big. No wifi in the room.

Fulfilled our expectations and more!

The breakfast was excellent and we had the option to have it delivered to our room each morning which was a treat! It would have been nice to have more variety (other than croissants, ham and cheese) but it did the job just fine and set us up for the morning. The staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating, any request was granted. We requested a balcony with a sea view and it did not disappoint. We had the cutest balcony with a great view. The location was PERFECT, 2 min to the main street, beach, shops and restaurants. A supermarket down the road which was incredibly handy. The main bus line runs right outside the hotel which was a life saver! Lacco Ameno is quieter than some of the more touristy towns which was perfect for relaxing during the day, whilst easy access to the bus line meant we were 10 mins away from the busier towns if we fancied a night out. If I was to return to Ischia I would without doubt book Hotel Terme Principe again!

Good

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location in the city was central. The pools are very nice and clean.

Wifi works only near the lobby and the pool. The room looked older than the pictures. There weren't many options for breakfast. Also we received confirmation that we could check in within 11AM but the room ended up being ready only at 1PM, changing a bit our plans for the day. However they let us use the pool in the meantime.
