Relaxing, beautiful week as our first holiday as a family :)

Loved the pool area and gardens and how close it was to the restaurants and beaches close by. Easy to get around with a baby and they gave us a bigger room when we arrived so that our baby had their own adjoining room. :)

Could have changed sheets more often and maybe more fruit on offer at breakfast. Would be great if they had bar staff by the pool permanently as sometimes it was left unmanned and hard to get hold of someone to order but overall great!

A nice and comfortable stay

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff are very helpful. Good location. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The indoor natural thermal pool is a bonus.

Good location for accessing public transportation and getting to the port for the ferry. Close by some shopping and restaurants.

Unfortunately due to the hotel’s heating system only working by way of the thermal springs, my initial room was too hot to stay in. When someone came and realized the problem could not be fixed that night, I should have immediately been offered another room instead of waiting to see what happens. I had to call back again for a 3rd time. I was able to change rooms.

We still had a good holiday but have had much nicer experiences on previous Italian holidays.

The pool was lovely and the location good although noisy from traffic.

The breakfast was basic. The indoor pool was tired and in need of updating. The beds were hard and small and caused uncomfortable nights. The air con just about kept us cool on most nights. We didn’t find the staff very friendly.

- The staff members were friendly and helpful. - Quiet place.

- Balcony was dirty. - door lock was broken. Key kept jamming every time I left. Nobody came to fix it. Very irritating and time wasted on nothing. - They don’t change towels for whatever reason. - Minibar had only two small bottles of still water and two of sparkling water. - Not really as advertised. I would say this would barely pass as a 3* place.

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location.

Beautiful location next to the sea with wonderful views. Hotel was very smart and we had a gorgeous room with fabulous views and a huge balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside.

Authentic Italian Hotel in great location with lovely staff and relaxing ambience.

This was our second visit to this Hotel. It is very comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is of high quality and good value.

There’s nothing to say here. it’s an excellent hotel, great location, service and ambience.

Superb

Property and location excellent. The bar is open for long periods of time but not manned by staff so you end up waiting up to 1 hour for service which was disappointing however the restaurant service is outstanding as is the food. Worth while stay.

Good food, convenient location

The location is very convenient, just next to the village facilities and shops, and to the bus stop. Nice sea water pool and thermal water pool, and spa. With half board, you can choose lunch or dinner any day, the food is good and the staff is very kind.

Not the hotel's fault, but being so near the main street is both a blessing and a curse: very convenient to get everywhere, but also pretty noisy. Though, you don't go to Ischia to stay stuck in an hotel, so it's not a major issue.

Delicious food, great service, great location.

Highly recommend this excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and we walked to town to shop, relax and enjoy the beautiful harbor area.

Breakfast was not good. We requested a big bed, they just stuck two twin beds together - which is not ok for a 4 star hotel.

I was visiting Hotel Villa Svizzera Terme at the beginning of October. The weather is lovely at this period. Hotel is situated in a quiet location near the sea. The territory is big and very green. The staff was quite nice and friendly. I liked the breakfast as well. One of the reasons why I choose this hotel was the SPA, but unfortunately it is available only till 13:00, so I didn't try it because I've arrived in a hotel at 14:00 and only for one night. They also have a thermal pool with a hot water, but in the room wasn't any bathrobes and slippers, when I asked the receptionist, she told me that they're finished. So I think that a hotel that positions itself as a SPA-hotel must provide the guests with a necessary things.

Cosy atmosphere with wonderful outdoor setting and friendly staff.

Very good location, great setting, nice outdoor pool and indoor thermal pool. Same nice staff as years ago when I stayed there first. Good dinners as I remembered them. Simple but very tasty food.

I was staying there for a week and would have appreciated a nicer room. I got one wake-up call by mistake at 4:30 am in the morning which was absolutely avoidable. Breakfast could have a better selection of Italian meat cuts and cheeses.
