The owner was absolutely great, the room was perfect for our needs and very clean.
Everything was great.

This bed and breakfast was a great find for us, since we wanted to be near the airport. It was very comfortable and clean and the area was quiet. Would definitely stay there again when traveling through the area
Nothing really. Would have preferred to have a clicker for the front gate, but everything else was wonderful.

Excellent location, the host was very welcoming and helpful. Have inside parking and nice swimming pool.

close to the airport
Not close to restaurants, shopping, etc. You are dependent on the host to help find food/dinner
etc.
Transportation to/from airport was not available as I thought it would be. This is not a typical shuttle service but dependent on the host schedule, which made it difficult with our early am flight schedule.
The space was clean but not as imaged in the pictures for our booking. We thought we were getting a 2 bedroom but ended up with one room that had 4 beds in it.

The host is super kind and really goes out of her way to make you feel at home. She is very welcoming and checked in daily to make sure everything was ok. She took care of everything: accommodation, transportation, food, etc. We are very grateful for the hospitality.
The b&b itself is also great. It’s close to some major sites (Ostia Antica), it is clean, flexible breakfast hours, clean and nice pool, lovely garden. 100% recommended!

I booked this property the day before our family of 6 adults and one toddler were due to fly back to the US. Great choice! It’s a beautiful property, impeccably clean, and the hosts are wonderfully accommodating! The pool was fantastic! The hosts helped us order in pizza, and the next day we had an early flight so they made sure we had breakfast and coffee at 6:15am…they just went above and beyond for our family. It took us a few minutes to get to the airport from here, and they even offer to help with transfer service (though we booked our own). Great stay in a very relaxing, quiet, beautiful place before our flight home.

The host is wonderful and was a personal chauffeur picking me up and taking me back to the airport. He did take me and pick me up at the restaurant without charging. The place is nice, although I really spent the night only, arriving at after 8 pm and leaving at 7 am.
I did not like the cost of the airport transportation (15 Euro each way). I am also used to a hotel with a restaurant or walking distance to a restaurant. This place is walking distance but not possible at night.

The hosts were really special, very kind, fun, helpful…everything you could want.
It’s just as it should be, someone’s home. Not a fancy place, but very clean, welcoming and comfortable. I would say a treat for someone who likes to have interaction with locals.

everything: the location was 7 minutes to the airport, the place was spotlessly clean. the hosts were wonderful to me, very helpful. they do pick up and drop off at the airport.

The B&B location is quite and close to the airport. The outdoor/pool area is really nice if you have a chance to use it. Free parking on the property is also very convenient.
We got a pretty depressing semi-finished, bare-bones room adjacent to a dumpster (see pictures). The sleeping area was located in a loft and the stairs to access it are extremely inconvenient: steep, wobbly and so noisy that using it during the night will wake up everybody else in the room. Also, I cannot count the times we smashed our heads on the slanted sleeping loft roof, and we are just 5' 8". Hosts were homey, unprofessional and intruding. Also, the check-in procedure resembled the ones cheap motels you see only in the movies use: we were ask to pay at check in before we had any chance to see the room. Breakfast was poor: only sweet, pre-packaged items and processed food. The host asked us how much sugar we wanted in our coffees. When I said that I wanted to sugar my own, she stood in front of me holding the sugar bowel and monitored how much I was using. This was very was very uncomfortable.

The location and the accomodation were fantastic.
I met Fabrizio and he is a great host, very helpful and so friendly that seems we knew from a long time.
Bedroom and bathroom were absolutely spotless.
Well done Fabri' I think I'll visit your place again.

Loved the place and the owners were both genuinely awesome people who went out of their way to make us happy. People make the place and I loved it here. Thanks Manola and Fabizrio

The room was perfect for a family of five, with one double bed and three single beds. It was very clean. The swimming pool was great, large and with a very nice terrace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided transfer for us for a small fee from the airport to the hotel, although we arrived late at night.
Breakfast was good but consisted mainly of "sweet" things. The internet connection was ok but a bit unstable.

Not usually a review writer, but the hosts were exceptional. Rare to find anything like it. The type of people you want to be around. So accommodating with rooms, requests, suggestions for sites/food, and they even drove us around to places/airport and barely asked for anything in return. Couldn't recommend them enough.

clean rooms. friendly owner and nice pool in the summer
location looks convenient, but the shuttle service even though really accommodating it is really expensive. especially if you leave early the morning. this is be put on the website so you are not blindsided when you have to pay.

staff was absolutely amazing! they both went above and beyond to help us find places to eat, helping us with our room and did everything with a smile. the pool was awesome and they even provided us with towels and umbrellas. He even brought us to an ATM and to the metro station afterwards and explained everything to help make our trip to Rome as smooth and possible :)

The hosts are very friendly and do everything to make you feel at home :)
We only stayed one night, but felt really welcome. Transfers were perfectly arranged!
Hope to see you again sometime!

Really friendly and helpful staff. They even arranged for a local restaurant owner to pick us up and take us home after eating out.
You need to have a car here.

I stayed one evening in Fiumicino, before flying back to New York the next morning. I came in from Rome via train, and Fabrizio picked me up at the terminal, and brought me back to the property. I was able to have a swim in the pool, and relax that evening. Fabrizio and Manola were the most gracious of hosts and bent over backwards (must be yoga masters) to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They treated me as a friend and family member and we spent a great evening on the town. These are some of the kindest hosts you will ever come across, and I was lucky to have had the pleasure of choosing their place! I was also provided a lift (for a modest fee) over to the airport in the morning. It was a very memorable stay.
I don't have anything negative to say. The only negative thing was truly beyond their control and that was some restrictions placed on the property because of Covid.

Even before our trip, contact with Fabrizio was kind and helpful. He offered to pick us up from the airport, which made our journey easy and worry-free. Once at Number60 we were welcomed warmly by Manola, who arranged for us to have takeaway pizza by the poolside. Breakfast was good, and Manola facilitated a visit to nearby Ostia Antica with Fabrizio taking us there and picking us up again. Everything was so easy, and we were very sad to say goodbye to our newfound Cicerones so soon! We’ll definitely stay longer next time! Thank you!

Quiet, clean, friendly host: early check-in accommodated. Trip to airport the next morning for 1/2 the cost of a taxi!
Hhhmmmm….. walk to nice restaurant was 1 mile, but scenic, safe, and the food excellent!

A real surprise. In an industrial area but once through these gates you enter a sanctuary. Lovely pool and garden area. Rooms are stylishly decorated and comfortable beds. The whole property seems to have been extensively and totally redecorated. Loved our 3 night stay.
Breakfast consisted of packaged processed croissants and cakes only. There is an oven in the shared kitchen but you are not allowed to use it. We did complain about the essentially lack of breakfast and the manager did go and buy a selections of meats for the next day.
7.0
The property was located very close to the airport which was our primary need. The property is basic but comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Lodging is very inexpensive.
The area in which Number 60 is located is odd. It is close to the airport but difficult to find--especially at night. There is almost nothing around for dining and navigating the area is very difficult--I would not even attempt it without a GPS. Streets are poorly marked and traffic is amazingly heavy.
