Clean comfortable great food and good location

I liked everything about the entrance ,the bar and bistro and the pool.
The rooms were dated, need decorating and a good refurbish. The dust in the room was awful even the walls were dusty. I then had to clean the room best I could on my first night. We woke up with bites on our bodies.

Value for money, clean & tidy, in the center of town so suited me..
Nothing..
3.0
the room was good
breakfast was poor and very expensive , WiFi was unreliable even after there technician fixed it
location was to far from main hotel
badly ventilated due to the window being restricted during the hot weather
6.0
breakfast was really good. Decor in the room was very good and clean. parking in the designated parking was safe and close to Sleepwell Inn. Reception staff were helpful. Food in the restaurant was good.
The entrance to Sleepwell is unattractive and next to a bin area. Our room was not cleaned/missed on one day and the TV remote did not work. only one cup and saucer for a twin room. Would have preferred to be in the main hotel.
8.0
Room is good value with all the expected facilities. Really nice bonus that for £10 extra you can use the facilities for the hotel across the road, including sauna, large swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym.
Breakfast was good, fairly priced and well worth it. Location is right in the town if you want to go to any bars or restaurants.
Only gripe was that the heating was on a bit too strongly so despite opening the window the room was too hot, but we did stay in a spell of especially good weather where it was more than 20 degrees in the day.

property was really good location and was tidy and clean inside.
I had some trouble with the access card when I first arrived which reception sorted but I had to walk from one building to the next a few times. also one of my bins wasn’t emptied when the room was clean and it was still full when I returned to the room.
5.0
comfy bed
thin walls
10.0
clean
musty corridor

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
The building was separate to reception so felt a little detached - musky smell in corridors

It was the worst ever stay, we both had in our life!! _ WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE!
Pathetic hotel, in fact, got 2 single beds, even after opting for a double one. And we had to arrange the 2 double beds for the stay. No one, in fact, none of the staff were helping us for getting to the top floor. There was a reception, which was about 5 minutes walk through the traffic signal and street!! which was an absolutely terrible experience. In fact, they never set up the keys at first, so need to walk through the empty street at night as we reached there at first.
We have got no other choices, or else we would have left the place rather than stayed there. The Room and carpets were not clean either. The filthy smell of floor cleaners was all around.
It's better to close down such pathetic hotels without any attached RECEPTION at least!
Please note this Booking.com for not letting such hotels there in your site.

inexpensive, parking right next door
Away from the main hotel which meant a walk to check in, another for breakfast etc

it had a roof above my head
everything a part from the roof, haunted as well

Location ok
Dirty mattresses in the entrance corridor. Strong smell of urine as soon as we entered. Room smell of urine my bed felt damp and I could smell urine. I slept on top of the duvet because of the smell. Disgusting

They told breakfast is unlimited in 13 pound but I felt variety was a bit less. It was good although.
Location was normal.
While booking they should have said " its 1 and half hour drive from Windermere "
3.0
Mattress was comfortable and the room is decent size with blackout curtains.
Rooms are not sound proof and it gets very loud at times when other guests of the hotel come in and out. We didn't enjoy our stay in the hotel because of the excessive noise, which woke us up multiple times during the night.

Location OK.
1) Far too expensive 2) DIRTY - both rooms and entrance hall 3) tacky room etc
1.0
Completely not as sold on the site - never even made it in the front door . Between the brown stained netting and the nightclub-like entry (namely a locked black door) - not to mention the parking - all in all a thoroughly horrific first experience.
was meant to be nothing four star about the property . even according to the hotel staff itself , the difference between the parent Washington Central and the Sleepwell inn was one was a four star and one three star which obviously is neither represented her or on the AA signs above both doors
3.0
Room is under the staircase and every time somebody walks you can hear it. Windows not closing properly and you can hear peoples conversations in a street.
